Question
Well i dunno what happend but i used to only be able to get 50 active mods now i can get more than that did they raise it? or was my game just broken.

It was "Broke" and "Fixed" and/or What they thought they could "sneak by" - did not and the fallout was well - not good PR from any POV ... and thus what ever the cause - the EFFECT was TO FIX IT!! And thus they did.
