Delete them from the game's folder (right click on game, click on "properties", click on the "local files" tab, click on "browse local files", then navigate to contagion>addons and delete the mod's vpk files) or go to the main menu, click on "Extras", click on "Addons", then untick the addons you don't want and restart the game.
