What do you think/expect a greenlight server to be?
greenlight games
What you do here as a Steam user is that you read the description, look at the screenshots and videos and make up your mind if you would be willing to buy this game or not and then click the button corresponding with your answer to the question "would you buy this game if it was available on Steam".
If the games you like have more Yes votes than other games has it will be greenlit and when the dev is ready to release it it will end up in the Steam Store.
Additional stuff:
Treating the yes and no buttons like "like/dislike" buttons will give Valve false data and mess up the system. Due to the comparable nature of the system answering for what you think other people would like instead of yourself will make it less likely that the games you are interested will make it to the store and mess up the system. Let those other people vote for themselves instead.
It is counterintuitive but: being "nice" and "considerate" is like shooting yourself in the foot. Being selfish gives Valve the data they are askign for and will allow the system to work as intended.
TLDR: Please answer the question as it is asked or you mess up the system. :)
