I am trying to learn how to remodel characters in tf2 and I know I need GIFscape, VTFEdit, and I have the photo editing software but all the guides online show how to do weapon mods and they just say use a pintbrush to recolor or type to add text however I want to make a character model so I need to know how to reshape the head, hands, legs, and body. Anyone know what programs are used and how to get started?
