[Solved] How to Make Patch to Change Message Box Text
Specifically I want to make a patch to edit the message box text in Character Creation Overhaul (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21587) so that when you pick a birthsign the description is for the standing stones in Aurora - Standing Stones of Skyrim (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29311)

Not sure how to do this exactly. I tried already. I loaded CCO in the CK with no active file set, made the changes to the desired text, and saved it as a plugin, but it changed nothing.

Anyone know what I did wrong? I'm not very experienced with the CK.

Ask the mod creator. It might be script related.

I was able to edit the mod directly, so I guess it's fine now since I didn't plan to redistribute anyway. The mod creator has been inactive for quite a few months now so I didn't bother asking them.

I also just figured out the issue. I needed to make CCO a master temporarily. Here's a link for future reference.
