I understand the purpose of Kickstarter and have actually backed five games in the past year, but compared to those games (and others I've watched), it doesn't seem you're offering enough at each tier. For example, I don't understand why the $10 tier wouldn't grant a copy of episode one, when it'd only cost $5 outside of Kickstarter. I hope I'm not coming off confrontational, I just want to see you guys succeed and produce all planned episodes, and I'm just worried that this may hinder that.

Not really, Kickstarter is a funding platform, then for 25$ you will receive, a digital copy of the Episode 1 for PC on GamerZ Rebellion or via Steam + exclusive access to the Beta + access the private discussion community + you'll appear in the credits of the game + a wallpaper of the game signed by the creator.

I'm a little worried that you will not reach your goal at your current pricing. Maybe it's just the wording, but it sounds like for $25, you just get access to the first episode, which seems unbelievably expensive. It was originally stated that each episode would be priced at $4.99. If in fact you're offering all episodes for $25, then you should make that crystal clear.
