Retrobooster
Greenlit!
June 25, 2014 - Really Slick

Thank you to everyone who supported Retrobooster's Greenlight campaign. I ran Retrobooster through the Steam client a couple days ago and it appears to work fine. It has been approved for release by Valve. I'll release it shortly after the Summer Sale, once I have made a Steam release trailer and gotten a few other things organized. Thanks again everyone!

Oh that's great, there were many Mastertronic games some great ones and some not so but hey they were great to work on. Always am interested in any retro games especially how modern devs approach them including yourself so hope it goes well on steam.

Neat! Had to look up Ocean's old games. I definitely played a lot of Arkanoid and Rambo III. Probably some others too. Couldn't find a decent list of Mastertronic's old games, though. And, yes, games with thrust ships were always my thing. Mostly Asteroids and Oids, but there were plenty of other good ones.

Yeah i'm sure you did, mainly did coin op conversions for Ocean and other main devs around that time and budget titles for mastertronic, games on a budget was great you know but really pleased to see your game with the same kind of vibe especially the thrust element.

Did you make games in the 80s?? That's awesome! I sure played enough games in the 80s. I wonder if I played any of yours.
