Finally enough reviews from respectable gaming sites and publications were gathered for Metacritic to be able to rate the game. For a niche simulation game, we are very proud to achieve 79/100, and better yet the User Score is currently standing at 8.9! (source: metacritic.com )

I played the demo and I can saftley say this game is much better than many simulators out there. It looks like a modern game, not something made in 2003 like other games.

Score is way too low, the game is quite deep and clearly the best of the series.

i agree, too few countries. Denmark and south Sweden, Spain would be nice. Portugal is more of a country with ships so nah, i dont think they fit in a truck simulator. No offence.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 does not have that two maps PORTUGAL and SPAIN! Shame on Euro Truck Simulator 1 already came these two maps, because they shall put THESE 2 maps on new euro simulator 2 wtf
