Rot Gut

Hi,

I know it's been a long time since the Greenlit but since we love the game so much, we are trying to deliver the absolute best we can.

We are not going to deliver that Flash version to Steam but are changing course of the game to make a better experience with best resources we have.

So we've made four different prototypes of the game with different approaches and currently pursuing one of them.

That's why it took us a long time to develop but hopefully we will be able to announce more clear news soon.

Let us know what you think,
Aidin

Hi guys,

It's been a bit quite in here and that was because we are heavy in developing the game and hopefully will be able to announce some great news!

Stay tuned and drink your Rot Guts ;)

Hi,

We are porting the game from Flash to Unity in order to add features that people have been asking for and also experimenting with adding Roguelike elements to the game and first and foremoest is random level generation.

We've done several approaches so far to achieve this and we are still trying to find best method that fits the game's atmosphere while giviing us infinite levels.

That should fix the #1 problem people have with the current version of the game, the length.

Let us know what you think about this or any other thing for that matter.

We are very honored to be featured in Retro 2 bundle along with other great games such as Gobliiins trilogy!

Anyone who gets the bundle will get FREE STEAM KEY when we get greenlit!

Hey guys,

Just a quick announcement that we've added standard controller support that has Xbox 360, PS3 and hopefully SteamBox's controller! So you can enjoy the long dark nights of America in 1930 from your couch!

Also we've added Linux support and currently game runs fine on Debian and Ubuntu. We can add support for more distro's, if there are demand for them as well.

Thanks.
