Contrast
Contrast 40% off on Steam!
February 11, 2014 - Compulsion

Hey everyone!

We realise we haven't reached out to the Greenlight community in ages, since we launched the game. We've spent the last couple of months patching the game, and figured now is a good time to say hi.

We also figured that a lot of you have been waiting for a sale to buy Contrast - so here it is: 40% off for the next 48 hours.

This will be the last message we send through Greenlight, as we don't want to bug everyone. However, I wanted to let you know that we still super grateful to everyone for checking us out and supporting us here. There's a shoutout to our Greenlight fans in the art book that we have included in the Collector's Edition, so you're almost immortalised.

Cheers - come say hi on the forums if you've played and want to chat about the game! Or, if you just want to hang out. You know. I'm not desperate for friends or anything.

- Sam

Despite my diarrhea I found this game useful to increase my Steam experience points.

Two votes for the sequel. I'd buy it on pre-sale again
I've recommended so much this game to friends that some of them bought it. I hope they like it as much as I.
Good luck to you, guys. Hoping to see more from you again.

i must say i was hyped when i had been waiting for the release for over a year, found myself quite exited finding out i qould play it half an hour before official release.
anyway, i think I found it a little short when it only took me 3 hours to complete.
But it didnt quite matter because i was in for the story wich i think was great.

Shad0WeN - you might save a couple of bucks waiting, sure. But, the critic reviews are based on an unpatched version of the game (the major complaint was gameplay bugs), and probably some crazy expectations due to being part of the PS4 launch. I'd check out user reviews on Steam - you'll see a pretty different picture.

When I first saw this on Greenlight I thought that it was a great concept and a potential no-brainer. Now post-release though, the reviews seem to be more mixed than I had hoped so I am going to wait for a better sale.
