Agarest: Generations of War
Agarest is Greenlit
April 18, 2013 - Ghostlight Ltd.
Hi everyone. We had some truly fantastic news last night as Valve announced that Agarest: Generations of War has passed through Greenlight and will be released on Steam. This is incredibly exciting for us all here at Ghostlight and I would like to thank every single one of you who supported us either through voting, advice or telling others about our Greenlight project. The response to our Greenlight campaign has been amazing. So thank you, we really couldn’t have done it without you.
So what happens next?
Whilst Agarest: Generations of War has now been Greenlit, there’s still some way to go until it will be ready for release on Steam. In the meantime, Laughing Jackal will be continuing their hard work porting the game to PC and while we have had several playable builds in test already, there are still plenty of bugs that need squashing and a few new features that need to be added. I’m afraid that I don’t have specific release details for you yet but I’m assured that title will be released on PC this year.
Having said all that, I have had a chance to look at some of the builds and the game does seem to be coming along rather well.
