More locations: Emergency surgery in the back of a moving ambulance.
More surgical procedures: The patient is in need of a new brain.
More tools: Because a good surgeon needs more than just a hammer.
Achievements: Performing a heart transplant with a shard of glass is
every surgeons ultimate goal.

Yes please do one based on the Heavy receiving open heart surgery in 'Meet the Medic' from TF2.... see E-Man's comment!!! This would be so great!!

i completed the surgery losing only 2.5% of his blood, (i got the ribs and lungs out without losing any blood, but could only maneuver the scalpel so well.) although it took me 20 minutes to be so careful, would that be achievement worthy?

it would be cool to not just have a you won! type of thing. You should have the guy stand up and move around with the heart just thrown in there. No lungs, no ribs! :D

There should be a level where you have to operate on Santa Claus and have peanut brittle and pointy candy canes to cut him up, and a jawbreaker to smash his ribs. You could even have all the elves panicking in the background.

More item ideas: Jackhammers, C4, machettes, lightsabers, your teeth, thermite, blunt 2 inch scissors, car batterys w/ cable (for recessitations), pickaxes, chainsaws, dumbells, hydrochloric acid, bleach, granola bars (a healthy surgery snack!), whopie cushions to replace lungs (if needed), saftey pins, that mice spell from dishonored, "surgical" blowtorch, "unsurgical" blowtorch, bubbles, throwing stars, silly putty (for bone repair), being able to take drugs that make you hallucinate while working on the patient, a tek deck, a gullitine, and steel-studded kleets.

I think it would be great if they did a whole body model, then you can have freeplay modes and no need to start from scratch
