IndieGameStand just launched their new store, and Zigfrak is a staff pick!

To celebrate their launch, Zigfrak will be 50% off over there for the next two weeks. Lots of other great games on sale, too!

Thursday! Thursday! Thursday! One evening only! One evening only!

This week's episode of the IndieGameStand show will feature a live and brutal interrogation of me, at the expert hands of Canj from IGS and Dan from IndieAnimStudios. Stop by, hang out, and ask me anything -- preferably about Zigfrak. The show starts this Thursday, Sept. 12, at 6PM Pacific / 9PM Eastern / ??? other time zones, and should run for about an hour.

I'll be answering questions about Zigfrak, the perils of indie game development, and whatever else comes up. There will also maybe be some giveaways.

Mark your calendars, cancel your appointments, stock up on bottled water and iodine pills, elbow your other responsibilities and commitments in their big dumb faces, and gather the whole family 'round the warm glow of your computer for what will surely be an evening to remember.

Zigfrak is 50% off (that's $2.48 in internet dollars) this week as part of ShinyLoot's launch sale, and will continue to be offered at a discount for the rest of the month. Lots of other daily and weekly deals are in progress over there too, give it a gander!

Also, a minor update (v1.06) was recently released -- grab it at or from Desura. The changelist is viewable at:

As always, all Zigfrak keys are Desura-compatible, and Steam key requests will be honored in the increasingly probable event of the game becoming greenlit.

We're quite pleased to announce ZigDB (Beta), a searchable trove of cross-referenced game data from Zigfrak! There are still some missing features and improvements planned for development, but we're turning it loose in its current form for your perusal.

Check out ZigDB here, and please send feedback our way:
