Anomaly 1921: Voice Acting Auditions Postponed
December 17, 2012 - Zhurb-O
The best way I can start off this announcement is by just stating how much I appreciate the cooperation, patience, and support to those who support this project. However, it has come to my attention that the best thing I can inform the supporters, especially those who submitted to voice acting for the minor characters in the game, is that the voice acting auditions have been postponed until further notice. Now although this isn't bad news, it also gives me much more time to develop what needs to be done. Creating physical character models and revising the current script is the very next objective after building the world these characters need to inhabit. Yes, this may take a while, but the auditions are still wide open, so keep submitting!
You can submit by email: firstname.lastname@example.org; subject title "Anomaly 1921 VA".
There is still a ton of work that needs to be done, but postponing this is the best option at the moment and frankly, just needs to be done. A lot of time is being put into the game and I need to pay special attention to the fact that it isn't breaking and is in full working, breathing order. I have not yet confirmed a specific date for the scheduled voice acting meetings, but stay up to date on this project as much as you can. You can also expect another updated environmental test in the near future, so don't stray too far.
Lastly and again, I can never say thank you enough! Be sure to spread the word and keep sending feedback. Oh, and keep playing those vidya games!
Thank you all!
