Project: Make
Name Change
22 marca 2013 - SebastianPatric

Because of a trademark claim on the name MāK, we were forced to change the name of the game to MAKE [Working Title].

Wow, I swear saw a poster at walmart for a movie called Mak about a robot or something -- a 'Wallmart exsculisve film'.

It sucks that you have to change the name, but I didn't like the name, and it seems others agree that the name needed a change. Good luck coming up with a name.

Man I liked the MaK name too haha, but that's cool too!

Ahh, that's a bummer. That said, it's easier to recommend games that have simple names... I spent a year talking about "veeveeveeveeveevee" (VVVVVV) and that's not very friendly for conversation. Not having to correct friends that it's "Make not Mak" is probably for the best.

I know, it's just a working title, but I really hope you will change the name. Think about something unique, I think you want to be #1 result on Google (which would be hard to do with MAKE). ;)
