5 seconds bleed on hit
20% more vunerable to fire damage

+in hit for spy gives bleeding for 6 scends.

-when you bleed every hit you take crit.
25%slower firing speed.
-no random crit.

Adding some disvantages and improving existing.
Base damage reduced by 0%, attack&building speed reduced by 50%
No random crits

Now that would be quite balanced instead.

wow i like it. heh its colossal. soo:
+ 20% range
Only need 1 hit to remove sappers.
Removed sappers makes boost.
Boost can activated when hitting, boost make + 30% building, repair and hitting speed.
Need 3 sapper to boost. need 6 sapper if the sapper is removed by a pyro.
- base damage and building speed are reduced by 15%
likes the gunslinger, 3 hit, then critical hit!
- no random critz
