At first I thought the model was a bit too cartoony, but the idea is slowly growing on me... I think this would be all the more awesome if it changed expression and stuff at random, or in response to heavy's action, if possible. Maybe the kitten could be a troll for pyros. If pyros where pyro vision they can see the kitten on the heavy. Just a thought.
