I've been looking for a classic RPG with a good, serious story (as opposed to a spoof or nostalgia game) and this is it! I love this game, and I'm looking forward to part 2! I hope it gets Greenlit. Good luck!
LegendaryPlumber 1 de abr às 2:47
Yes, this most certainly should be on Steam! :)
sonic125_5 29 de mar às 14:58

Damnit, I really want this game, and I'm not making online non-Steam purchases again...

Although Greenlight is coming to an end, we would still like to get greenlight, and if this happens, steam keys will be given out to people who purchased the game via indieroyale. As for achievements and cards, we will definitely work with valve to bring these features to you if possible.
Damsel ✿ 23 de jan às 8:45
Seen your game on the new indieroyale.com bundle and wanted to verify if purchased would Steam keys be included after greenlight?

Was also curious if cards or achievements were something to look forward to on Steam?
Thanks for your time.

I really would love to see this game available on Steam! Hopefully this gets the Greenlight eventually! ^_^

I am disappointed by the dark lord's lack of a spiky helmet.
Still upvoting, but come on. You can't be a proper dark lord without looking like Sauron.
Lost Froggy 11/jun/2013 às 12:00
Oh heck yes!
matts1900 29/mai/2013 às 13:20

This seems like a game that I would play :o
blckruc47 15/fev/2013 às 12:09
Love the music you used for your presentation video. I give it an up vote. I hope to see it on Stem. I love these types of games.
Nachtkira 8/fev/2013 às 14:16
I want to play this game, to remember the old times.
countwolf1 4/fev/2013 às 10:58
Chronicles of a Dark Lord looks absolutely incredible!!
Psychohead 21/jan/2013 às 18:03
The art and interface are a little rough on the eyes. Still, g'luck.
TapSkill 7/jan/2013 às 21:39
You have my yes vote. I am also developing 2D games, and Imust say there are not enough good ones appearing on Steam. This game looks very promising for its price range.
vector 5/dez/2012 às 18:21
Yeah. This looks like fun, but the graphics are too "tilted" and I'm pretty sure I'd get a headache playing this.

Wait, is that just video number 3? You might want to fix that, haha. Other than that, this looks/sounds great!
God of Conquest 29/nov/2012 às 19:40
I'd say it would look better if the rocks and other stuff poped out a bit more....
fleetlordatvar 29/nov/2012 às 2:42
NO WAY; i whish this was like the Working design games, but w/o their same handicaps!
Ciunay_Ragathol 20/nov/2012 às 8:25
yesterday i was looking for a game like the old FF... up
newfiebangaa1986 18/nov/2012 às 16:10
While grinding in this game can be a chore at times, the game delivers in graphics and music, hands down. Not to mention the story is deep and intense, with its share of humorous moments. A must buy, for sure.
NecroVMX  [autor(a)] 16/nov/2012 às 6:36
@smoker You'll be happy to know we agree and in the sequel that we're currently developed, the sprites are twice the size, comparable to FF6.
Smoker 14/nov/2012 às 1:09
Wish the characters were slightly bigger like FF6
kalirion 9/nov/2012 às 12:27
Seems like the game is 4:3, but the first video and screenshots are stretching it to widescreen? Why? Third video looks to have the right proportions to me.
Joxer The Mighty 29/out/2012 às 16:38
reminds me a lot of older titles by Working Designs like Lunar,Lunar 2 and Vay.+1
Xellpnz - FFXIV 29/out/2012 às 12:25
Wooo for RPG maker!
SamBC 29/out/2012 às 8:56
Will probably mostly depend on story and character progression, but upvoted on the premise and style.
Zaimad 13/out/2012 às 10:34
Sexy, sexy Mode 7 terrain with EXTREME TO THE MAX angle <3
Unsexy, really unsexy portraits.

Seriously though, I don't like the art style. I can't really say what about it that I don't like, but it's something and it's pretty much everywhere. I support this kind of games however, so thumb up.
themccauleyfamily 30/set/2012 às 22:29
Some of the graphics (like the lava) seems excessively bright to me. All in all the game reminds me of early SNES Rpgs. If this is episodic and a full game, you all know the ending will leave you up in the air, like most episodic games. I hope they make the second game and third or w.e. in the series as i have been disappointed before from episodic rpg's that leave you up in the air and never finish it (Call of the king is a example of this).
MampersandM 27/set/2012 às 13:49
I don’t like to share and I don’t like to take turns, looks ok not my thing but up vote
Ness 26/set/2012 às 2:25
@Lukeatus I'm guessing you haven't played any old SNES RPGs, as the view angle isn't that bad. See the airship or chocobo view from FFVI, for example: http://lparchive.org/Breaking-Final-Fantasy-VI/Update%2011/
Thrawn 21/set/2012 às 17:50
Yeah it definitely looks like a final fantasy, I think 5, it was on the psp.
(GoR) Andrew.zhd 17/set/2012 às 14:06
play it on NES
