Seen a couple 'Let's Plays' of this via YouTube, found it has a Greenlight page. Can't wait to get it on Steam so I can share with mates!

I saw Cry playing this game and thought the story was amazing. Really hope it comes on Steam for the game to get a wider audience.

I bought this on GOG and played it through.

I'd recommend this to anyone who is into story heavy games. It's definitely one of the best written games I've played in a while, a very emotional experience.

Read about it on RPS and it looks awesome. Not very related, but this game seems reminiscent of Dangerous High School Girls In Trouble for me. Which is to say, Richard & Alice is a game I'll really enjoy.

@LewisDenby, I'm sure you can use a WineSkin wrapper to essentially make a Mac version of the game

@LewisDenby - I was about to say it has that Wadjet Eye Games feel (I only played the Blackwell series so far). If the storytelling is just as good, I'm sold.

Sadly it's a limitation of the engine itself that makes porting to Linux and Mac extremely difficult. I know that Wadjet Eye Games (who have released a bunch of awesome games running on this engine, including Gemini Rue and Resonance) are looking into how to make porting easier though. So one for the future, maybe. Apologies for now!

Yeah, just keep on going. If you got a more unified look for the art style, I'd definitely buy this. It's not about "crappy art" or whatever, it's about the fact that you're making an atmospheric game with what seems to be a kind of incoherent atmosphere. But seriously, I'm really looking forward to seeing this completed. I love this sort of thing to bits.

The character art looks OK in game but you're going to want to do better for the logo -- the game looks good but it's making a bad first impression because of that.

I would buy this game in a heartbeat, do not listen to the people that have too little attention span to enjoy the plot.

I also think the logo choice was not doing yourself a favour. I remember seeing this myself some time ago and skipping it because of the weak first impression. Stumbled over it on indigogo without realizing it's the same, watched the trailer, got interested, klicked link, upvoted. Still think, you should change your appearance here, otherwise a possibly interesting game does not get the attention it maybe deserves.
Story sounds quite interesting. I'll keep an eye on it.

As many have said I like the concept but the art looks a bit lackluster. Can you please make the "inventrory stuff" icons bigger as well.

Been a massive fan of point`n'clicks for the last 15 years or so, I really hope the finished product reflects the points you made during your video.

Logo and branding
We're intending to get all this redone closer to release - the closer we get to finishing this, the more serious we're getting about the game.

Story and scenario
Not sure how to take accusations that the story is "retarted". We're holding back a lot of information because this is a mystery story - and I like to think we've put enough thought into it that there aren't any enormously obvious plot holes. By the way, Elijah WOod, constructive criticism is always welcomed but obnoxious and offensive rambling isn't cool.

Art
We originally went for the theory that we just needed art that's "good enough" in this game - it's going to retail super-cheap and it's mainly about the story. However, we have decided to look into the possibility of a second art pass. I'll manage people's expectations here: don't expect a complete overhaul. But do maybe expect a little touching up here and there.

What kind of scenario is it? Retarded? *Evil gov-ent sends ppl into jailed cells with TVs and computers*... Who have written that? Why goverment would have done that? What do prisoners do to pay for their food and electricity? Watching porn or wah? What caused extra weather change? *Uhhh, it just kept on going and going, uhhh and nobody have predicted dat luuuuulz I think that would be cool idea uhhhh* sounds retarded as I said already. Senseless scenario, ugly graphics, silly trailer, which reminds more of @Me fast-skipping bullshit I've written and called a "scenario"@ Actually, it's the developer have to pay me (atleast 1 million) so I could probably have that something, called "game" installed on my computer.
