I got to try this out at PAX, and it was super fun. I hope it gets on steam so I can throw my money at them.

Reminds me of the Mortal Kombat fighting puzzle game. It looks promising, but wouldn't buy without some graphical overhaul. I'll keep track of this.

@Future War Hero Clone? No, not at all. That would be like saying Bioshock is a clone of Wolfenstein since they are both first person shooters. Our game is a match 3 game, but also has other game mechanics, and is real time multiplayer.

@EnCHanTEd, thank you!! The game has come a long way since this page was put up, so it's nice to see people still come to play it here. NYC is still great, as I hope VT is too! See you in March!

Finally a game that brings 2 aged great concepts together! 10/10 originality with a twist, definatly a lot of ground work to build on but I can see this being a hit.

@spiral-spyro We contacted mod db and told them that the our game is very much alive and kicking! Thanks for pointing that out.

@Hueristico Yes, definitely. We are using Unity as our game engine, and linux support is coming in the next version. We didn't want to list it until they ship it, but we'll be on there.

@glorfindelHakan Thank you so much, and thanks for the friend request! Please IM me if you have any suggestions or things that you want to improve.

Neat. Looks similar in idea to the Bejeweled type games, but with it's own uniqe style. *Thumbs-us* Good luck with it.
glorfindelHakan Sep 6, 2012 @ 7:17pm
Just play the demo and then decide your vote. It is an brilliant and fun game. Should be in steam.

@AKB48 At the moment, we treat lag just like major first person shooters. The lower the ping, the better. However, we have a system that automatically routes you to the fastest server for you depending on your connection. In addition to that, we are running on a major backbone, with a super compact data protocol. People are able to play the game over 3G with no problems.

If you do notice any issues with your connection, or you feel that the game is lagging, please let us know.

What did you think of the game by the way? We like to hear both the good and bad, and we really appreciate feedback.
[AKB48] Broken Bio Qlock Sep 4, 2012 @ 1:05pm
How do you compensate for lag?

Reminds me of Super Puzzle Fighter 2 meets Bejeweled. I dig it.

Looks bejeweled style to me, nice
C0H33D Sep 3, 2012 @ 10:49pm
Didnt think it was any good judging by the images...tried it and its actually good....but man is it hard the guy i played was way to fast for me and whopped me. To hard for me but still a thumbs up.
Elliohow Sep 3, 2012 @ 8:21pm
Gave the demo a go and can definitely see potential in it. If you are put off by the puzzle pieces (like I admittedly was when I first saw the screenshots) give the demo a quick go before giving a decision. I see great things for this game after much refinement. Upvoted
SuckerFreeGames Sep 3, 2012 @ 7:20pm
Dude this looks like a 3d version of Panic Bomberman on the virtual boy, definitely a good thing :D
Knight (formerly upsilon) Sep 3, 2012 @ 12:32pm
Looks about half a step up from normal puzzle games. Thumbs up.
andyk_  [author] Sep 3, 2012 @ 9:09am
@Amber I get your gut reaction when seeing any game with a grid of items. A lot of titles have really soured the puzzle genre, and they are usually very casual experiences of mindlessness...

However, our game actually requires hardcore freaking skills which is why we want our fellow Steam players to give it a try. We've found that casual players really can't hang. The focus and pace of Street Fighter is required, and my mom just gets crushed.

There are way too few true puzzle fighters out in the world, especially considering how much people light up when you say: "You remember Super Puzzle Fighter 2?" "Bust-a-move! Holy crap, that game ruled." Where are they today?

I really hope you give the demo a try before judging. You may not like the game, but I hope you'll see that the level of skill required makes us Steam-worthy. Regardless, thank you so much for taking the time to give your opinion.
Amber Sep 3, 2012 @ 4:50am
I refuse to let puzzle quest-like games being a bigger presence on Steam. Stay on FB/iOS/hand-helds. Best of luck.
