For MS paint, this looks pretty amazing. I would acually like to see this in game, even though the coloration could use some work.

this hat kinda reminds me of the voodoojoojoo which i like. there for i am loving the look of the hat and hopfully the finished iteam will look amaszing cant wait to see this hat in Teamfortress 2.

You probably want to avoid using MS Paint for texturing items in workshop all together. Its a cool hat but the textures look off. I'm favin it though, nice work.
