This mod is great! Skyrim looks absolutely fantastic with it. Especially the nights are beautiful.
And it actually improved my performance a little bit :)
Dragon0fSkyrim Mar 16 @ 5:15pm
I was hoping it would work but It didn't change anything for me, thats a shame the pictures looked good. :(
Riot Mar 12 @ 3:42pm
Yeah, it hasn't changed anything for me neither. Still vanilla. What gives?

This mod is probably defunct or the author no longer cares or plain forgot. The one on nexusmods is even older than this one and also hasn't been updated either.
Threeshades Jan 26 @ 3:16am
What's the file name of this mod? I can find it in my skyrim launcher, but not in my data folder or nexus mod manager
Von Adder Jan 23 @ 8:05am
Added mod and nothing happened? Nights are still vanilla...
CrimsonOverkill Jan 19 @ 1:54am
This mod is amazing!
mallkidsigma Jan 10 @ 2:22pm
This really doesn't seem to have had any effect for me... Anything I may have done wrong? This mod seems awesome and I wanna use it, please help!
Bojang Jan 6 @ 7:11pm

Ransom Seraph !! Me too
Ransom Seraph Dec 12, 2013 @ 4:39pm
why is this 0.000?? in Nexus it is 256 kb. Should I download it from there? whats going on?
Ransom Seraph Dec 10, 2013 @ 2:10pm
is this mod compatible with realistic lighting overhaul?
Ransom Seraph Dec 4, 2013 @ 4:36am
Can't really see the difference with this mod. Dungeons looks bright.. and outdoors don't see to be different. Have also tried this with Real Vision ENB Performance A, and still no extra effect.
ZombifiedDuder Dec 1, 2013 @ 2:38pm
I installed this mod, and it's so good that I can't bring myself to play with vanilla graphics anymore.
Combining this with the ENB series mod really gives the game a pretty incredible look. Of course, the ENB series will give you a pretty hefty framerate drop, and with all of this installed, no matter how I tweak it, I can't get my rig to run over 40fps. So, if you're looking to install any ENB stuff, make sure you've got a rig that is far above vanilla recommend settings.

0.000 MB?
Hatsjer - Dafuq? Nov 30, 2013 @ 9:15am
The screenshots are not so goood, but the video shows a great example. Very impressive! But I suppose this mod is not for a computer that runs this game at 15-25 FPS XD
ForEverWorld-X2 Nov 10, 2013 @ 3:36am
Your Screenshots hurt my Eyes.
Raven Oct 27, 2013 @ 12:50pm
Oh, that and I like the fact that this mod is a good deal more efficiant for my comp. It ain't a dinosaur but it ain't a superior thinking machine imported from Planet X, either. :D
Raven Oct 27, 2013 @ 12:40pm
Nice, most of the mods on this subject affect outdoors or indoors seperately. Thanks for the combination. :)
catbuts Oct 13, 2013 @ 7:56pm
i love you and everything you do, marry me
inj2020 Oct 3, 2013 @ 1:10pm

murarz89 Aug 6, 2013 @ 1:21am
not working no matter what i do. clean install, disabled everything else and it looks like vanilla Skyrim...
Kazzr Aug 5, 2013 @ 3:09am
Can't make it work, even by disabling every other mod...
Eveloth Aug 3, 2013 @ 7:03am
Sorry, but does it really work? I have no other mods and was impressed seeing this one on screenshots, but there's no any changes in game lightning... Maybe I did something wrong? Sure mod is enabled in Files. Pls answer, I really like it, but :(
MOGEnrique Jul 28, 2013 @ 1:51pm
Doesn't seem to change anything. Don't know if it's because I have like 50 other mods installed...
Sloth Demon Jul 24, 2013 @ 4:39am
Nice Job! Take my .
SACR3DBAC0N Jul 23, 2013 @ 1:54pm
Somehow this mod gave a solid 60 fps. Good job
Me4free Jul 19, 2013 @ 5:18pm
^Quick question: does this mod work with ->
Project Reality:Climates Of Tamriel - Lite Version?
Shuriken Jul 16, 2013 @ 5:51pm
This is a great mod for Skyrim. Note that it makes it really hard to see at night and in caves, but that is more realistic. Just be prepared for darkness, but a good realistic darkness.
Il Dott.Cose Jun 1, 2013 @ 2:04am
Any solutions for the gray night?
Donteus May 29, 2013 @ 8:19pm
if you have the goddess enb, disabling this mod will make the skies at night look more colorful (the stars and moons will be brighter and prettier, but it will stay dark outside)
EquesCarbo May 4, 2013 @ 6:35am
Very ok.
Maddog80 Apr 22, 2013 @ 1:56pm
Not sure if I'm experiencing the same as Donteus and Ghost or not, but I cannot tell any difference between this and Vanilla lighting. I dumped RCRN because I was tired of having to go to Nexus and remember my login or reset it, so I wanted to try this. It sounds like what I want to see in a lighting mod, but like I said, can't tell a difference. I have tried it in many different positions in the load order and deleted/reinstalled it just to be sure. Nothing.
Donteus Apr 19, 2013 @ 4:03pm
Donteus Apr 19, 2013 @ 4:03pm
I too am only getting grey nights
Ghost Apr 12, 2013 @ 9:47pm
This said "Very dark nights". I love that, but unfortunatly... all i seem to get is gray'ish nights.
Any suggestions as to why? Or do we simply have different ideas of what "Very dark" is?

Michael Bot Mar 13, 2013 @ 3:43am
um this mod seems to mess up the faces and necks in mine by making them all a purple color and there body is normal color looks wierd plz fix. the rest is great ^_^
Gamezalot Feb 23, 2013 @ 12:54pm
This looks really good, but there was flickering and "shifting" of interior shadows. I discovered that the problem went away if I disabled FXAA in my nVidia control panel. Have to use the anti-aliasing in the game options instead.
j7  [author] Feb 16, 2013 @ 6:51pm
Not really, well you can try higher brightness.
Versive Feb 16, 2013 @ 3:43pm
My nights look about as dark as pictured in the mod cover art. Is there a way to make the nights darker w/ this mod?
Ardenstrom Feb 10, 2013 @ 9:20pm
Well, it certainly interferes with "Climates of Tamriel", damn it!

I hate to choose between these two, but I guess good lightning and dark nights are more important, considering Vanilla global "night vision"
