If i were to put this in id put Bleed damage/call it shock damage and opponet is slowed by 30 pecent for 2 seconds on hit/fires single progectile/cant be reflected

@Below: You can't. The TF2 workshop doesn't work like the Skyrim or Garry's Mod 13 workshop where you can download things from it, you have to vote for it to be added to TF2 in a future update.
On sentry kill: builds Tempest.
Tempest activates on fire, damaging any enemies nearby the target with a shocking corrent.
Tempest shots disable buildings for 3 seconds.
Tempest shots mini-crit soaked players.
Tempest shots crit Jarated players.
On Tempest hit: 20% chance of target getting on fire.
NEGATIVE:
Underwater: shooting with Tempest will kill the wearer and any other enemy touching the water.
-33% clip size.

+80% dmg on constructions
+10% weapon change speed

Kudos.
- Ammo and firing rate same as Frontier justice.
- Can shoot off sappers after firing two rounds
- for every sapper taken off, add a mini crit to your mini crit counter, like the frontier justice.
So essentially, as the Frontier justice relies on you being very mobile and offensive with placing your sentries, this would be the opposite and reward you for defending it.
(it will shock enemies with -45 hp taken away!
