I prefer this over the decreaser. I mean, that one's fine, but this makes much more sense. (It just seems a little weird to strap a handle bar onto a clothes iron, you know?)

@happitree It's supposed to be a Carpet Beater. These were used primarily before the vaccum became affordable, to clean your rugs. :)

on hit: slows the enemy by 50% for 3 seconds.
-50% damage penalty

can be reblenished by any ammo pack
