The creation kit uses the decimals system. So 1.00 in CK = 100 ingame. I hopes that helps. =)

i'm sure it doesn't work like this, but you wrote the speeds with decimals, making it look like you go a hundredth of the normal speed lol, i suggest you take them out or let us know it's a scale up not in porportion to the 100 default speed

that is a good question -- it had some to do with speed in CK set to 1.25 while in the game will be 25% faster -- not completely sure to be honest

I am not noticing any difference. My saves with the old version are still too fast, and my saves without are moving at the normal speed.

After a brief amount of time spent messing with your mod, I found that the values when altered via console work very differently from how you are altering them via the creation kit. In game if you said 125 that would make sense, but in the creation kit you are multiplying the base speed by 125. To fix this you just need to change it to 1.25 so it is (100 x 1.25) instead of (100 x 125).

I saw the text in the game. I think the issue might be that you're adding 120 to the speed, rather than setting it to 120%. Try just adding 30 or so.
Additionally, going by previous games, I'm fairly certain Argonians are supposed to run faster than Khajiit, but I understand why you gave Khajiit the faster running speed; to balance things out. But if you remember in previous games, Khajiit were also the masters of acrobatics. Perhaps this mod could give Argonians +25% speed to both land and water, and give Khajiit +10% speed to land, +50% jump height, and -75% fall damage?
This could be the start of a really big and really great mod, but how big it gets and what it does is up to you, of course.

Started a new game and the mod working.
Load an old save game - does not work.
But now, too fast, even for a Khajiit. But fun. =)

Tested with Argonian, I seemed to be moving twice as fast, in fact I'm certain it was twice as fast. I couldn't really control myself indoors, and outdoors was a bit zany.
Is there any way you could set it to just change the sprinting speed? This would give more control, and allow for a burst of speed only when we need it.

OK, I drop it down to 130 and give it a try and for the Argonian, I set it down to 125 (My wood elf mod is set to 120 and the players seems to enjoy that speed)

it is working, it is a passive skill -- it just works, u don't need to do anything to make it work, besides being unarmed and a beast race
