This MOD is realistic, but it is too realistic.it is too dark indoor
Kaloy 24 Ara 2016 @ 10:51pm
your title didn't disappoint. really makes dungeoning and night-time travels realistic as fuq. i love it, great job! although noon time might be too bright but yeah overall it's a must have
bobj1168 22 Ara 2016 @ 4:45pm
Does this interfere with the "surreal lighting" mod in any way?
Le Saucisson [FR] 22 Ara 2016 @ 8:50am
really really really really REALLY immersive xD
a bit too much ^^'
the dark is too realistic
pizzanice1 14 Ara 2016 @ 12:04am
Really great for immersion. Creates contrast between light and dark, especially at night, just like in reality. Without this mod, skyrim is pretty washed out and there's not a huge difference between night and day.
Greepesuda 7 Ara 2016 @ 11:30pm
great mod but its too dark in dungeons and outside at night.
Comgetit 28 Kas 2016 @ 11:40am
Does this mod work with Climates of Tamriel? Please say yes :O
Galaxitus / Donoghu 12 Kas 2016 @ 12:14pm
I have been using this mod for a while and it's really good for immersion as areas such as dungeon looks grim and dark for once. Really good!

There's one kind of area which suffers greatly from this mod though.
Areas which originally had more lights and were meant to be "magically lite" are now dark and gloomy. For example, the Eldergleam Sanctuary become too close to pitch black where you mostly need a spell or a torch or an ability to see where you are going while, originally, it was lite and magically beautifull.

The Lighitng is great unfortunalty it bugs the game, I had NPCs dissapear compeltly and when I was in towns the doors opened but did nothing please fix it because the light is great
WR3ND 8 Kas 2016 @ 8:47pm
Other than looking great and adding to immersion, this makes my Khajiit night eye power actually useful instead of something I just don't bother with since it otherwise has no advantage and makes vision a bit too blurry.
Dragonite Dragonborn 3 Kas 2016 @ 7:11pm
i want to say i highly recommend using this mod like it is top awesome for me <3
Captain fabulous[P.W.D] 1 Kas 2016 @ 6:42am
can this work with pure weather
Sophinaa 25 Eyl 2016 @ 1:33pm
Love how it looks inside houses and cities but just too dark for me in dungeons/caves, constantly having to use magelight or candlight is too much hassel for me :(
Goering scottien 24 Eyl 2016 @ 3:43pm
you host who own this mod this mod must be fix if you can by the far future! thank you.
Goering scottien 24 Eyl 2016 @ 3:39pm

danomene 8 Eyl 2016 @ 8:50pm
Anyone else have the mod stop working after the lastest Radeon driver update? Everything is much brighter than before running that update.
Dagon_Greywolf 8 Ağu 2016 @ 8:25am
make suer to load after vanella hr textures and dlc i had it working then it ctd me
Zujewski 8 Ağu 2016 @ 2:20am
Curious, i've subscribed to this mod, and used LOOT for my load order, yet everything is still bright as can be. Any ideas on what could be causing my problem? LOOT says there's nothing, so i'm clueless.
sMOke weD fAM 24 Tem 2016 @ 9:08am
my game is still f***ed because i installed it and i thought that it was too dark outside at night so i uninstalled it and its still on even when i don´t have it please help
Geoff_Smith 11 Tem 2016 @ 10:49am
increase your brightness and mess around with contrast and saturation mods
lonevision 9 Tem 2016 @ 1:49am
Outside looks fantastic, and coupled with an interior mod, the houses look great. But caves and dungeons were ridiculously pitch black. And using a magelight washes everything out. Had to uninstall. :(
Buddy Holly 9 Tem 2016 @ 12:27am
Looks great!
Flamethrower77 17 Haz 2016 @ 6:00pm
when you start skyrim open data files and all your mods should be there. you can turn them off and delete them there
Theinferno999 14 Haz 2016 @ 5:54pm
Please help, i uninstalled this because its so dark, and my game is still plagued with rediculous quantities of darkness... How do you fully uninstall this mod?
TragicShow 3 Haz 2016 @ 9:30am
Amazing mod. I love the more realistic mods and caves. I always found it troubling how an abandoned cave or dungeon could have candles illuminating it after thousands of years. Only problem is that the houses are a bit darker now, but oh well.
Kabilibob 23 May 2016 @ 11:59am
After uninstallation, mod continues to plague my world with darkness :L
I understand "Realistic" means dark, but waiting ingame for darkness to pass, and carrying a torch wherever I go wasn't in the game design. I should be able to see where I go during the night, or in caves, without having to cast candlelight spells to be sure.

For those of you who are deathly intent on defending this mod, let me tell you I like what this mod does, and don't even necessarily disagree with the level of darkness it adds to the games nights and caves. My point is, after you uninstall a mod because it changes something you don't want changed, or you don't like something it adds to the game, it shouldn't still be there.
Nebo 18 May 2016 @ 6:59am
I need help, this mod is way too dark, now i unistalled it but mod still working. Every caves and houses are too dark i cant see anything. Someone know how to fix it?
Snippertje 25 Nis 2016 @ 1:21am
Bit dark, but realistic and an amazing job!
maxim.vdc 16 Nis 2016 @ 2:40am
I like this mod a lot, because it's actually very realistic, unfortunately realistic means everything is dark as f*ck. other than that I'd rate it 4 stars :)
Sirlight 5 Mar 2016 @ 11:52am
nope i amnot using any toher mod for lightning :/
᛫ᚪᛋᛣᛖᚾ᛫ 1 Mar 2016 @ 12:52pm
Perhaps you are using other mods that are conflicting?

Or u can get some ''better'' glow effect mods, like torchers etc give better light :)

(make sure mods are working together)
Sirlight 1 Mar 2016 @ 2:19am
This is how i see inside teh Riverwood building. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=635825993
As you can see is WAY darker, shadows are little different and overhall my game looks too dark. I didn't change anything inthe options but i wish it looked like your screenshot... any way to help?
Sirlight 1 Mar 2016 @ 2:08am
Honestly is WAY too dark interiors, even using the other file REALISTIC INTERIORS, please help :(
Ombrenoirz 22 Şub 2016 @ 10:36pm
@⫷popcorn⫸ I have both, and indoors are dark af. I literally need a torch for some rooms in a house. I need help.
Zarokima 10 Şub 2016 @ 8:45pm
I absolutely love the improved visual quality, but is there any way to make it not be so ridiculously dark indoors? I'm okay with the night-time level darkness, but caves and dungeons are just WAY too dark to navigate without a torch, and even that is still awful for large areas. It's bad enough that I have to disable this when entering a dungeon to not get super frustrated, and that still sucks because of the loss in quality.
Kayana 4 Şub 2016 @ 10:14pm
@Ecukan Might have to do with the fact that this mod is exclusive to Steam, and steam workshop is very shoddy about mods.
Ecukan 31 Oca 2016 @ 10:53am
sorry for spelling mistakes... went abit quick
Ecukan 31 Oca 2016 @ 10:52am
I have no idea why this mod isnt more popular and why i see so many people in comments have problems with this mod? I have tried so many lighting mods including Realistic ligthing overhaul and Enhanced Lighting FX. with seem to be the 2 mods popular. I use this mod with another light fix mod. and you guys can check out my screenshots. it's amazing the lights this mod gives.
Keep in mind if you check my screenshots that i also have alot of other graffik mods on.. so i quess the mod combo i have gotten myself i amazing! great mod buddy!
ciblue 18 Oca 2016 @ 7:39pm
Getting some really gnarly shadow striping when using torches inside caves. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
DontFeedThePanda 19 Ara 2015 @ 9:11pm
@Avianna

If you are using SweetFX 2.0 remove it and go back to v1.5.
I was having a similar issue and this fixed it.
Kalona The Ravenant 11 Ara 2015 @ 6:13pm
This doesn't make everything pitch black darkness during a rain or snow storm, does it?
✿paprika✿ 8 Ara 2015 @ 2:19pm
Its seriously its dark at night with this mod, however, going back to vanilla was crazy bad looking, so my solution has been Magelight on everything. Thanks for the mod! :3
Avianna 14 Kas 2015 @ 10:19pm
Does this mod need another mod to run. I am seeing darkness in bubbles that look like textures are missing rather then actually changing my light
MacTireLass 2 Kas 2015 @ 10:31pm
I also have the clo lighting mod... will that make this one stop working?
Tuprewm 18 Eki 2015 @ 11:48pm
I love the level of lighting, but I'm still noticing striping... Do you know what could fix that that's compatible with this mod?
Blake 18 Eyl 2015 @ 9:10am
Has the potental to be really good, but its abit lacking, not all torches are giving off light, and no decent balance of gentle light in some places, making it too dark and abit too reliant on torches! Hey at least torches are useful now! But I can't since I notice the bugs too much. It needs refining.
Tristen the shadow dragon 14 Eyl 2015 @ 12:51pm
along the the skyrim in color mod this will look awesome
Tristen the shadow dragon 14 Eyl 2015 @ 12:50pm
for people who complain about it being dark thats why they added the wait buttion lol
MacTireLass 2 Eyl 2015 @ 9:07pm
does this mod have any conflicts with weather mods? Or rain mods?
