Getting rage when dealing damage, need 1300 dmg for get full rage meter.
After activating banner, every enemy moving -50% slower and dealing -10% damage.
Can activate before getting full rage meter.
For get banner effect you must hold left mouse button with horn and don't switch effect, when you get other weapon or stop holding left mouse effect will over.

+Friendlys do 100% More damage when used (better than crits)
+Enemies are forced to go to melee
-Takes three times longer to get it ready. (Have to do 3 times more damage than the buff banner)

kockback +50% when used. Knockback from enemies reduced when used. (Can rocketjump further, hits enemy with rocket and they will be pushed back further. and pyros struggle to airblast you and your team mates back.
