OMG! I love this mod so much! It feels like I never seen the same NPCs the same way again, you are a masterpeice! ^.=.^
Fluffy  [author] Mar 24 @ 7:58pm
What I meant is to start the game with no mod at all and toggle in mods at a time to figure out. You can go ahead and use the steam's validate files to make sure you have every vanilla skyrim file.

It could be that someone else made a mod depending on this one? I'm not exactly policing the usage.
[ARGONIAN]___Execution___ Mar 24 @ 4:12pm
Well, my game crashes without this, so I cant really do anything to the saves.
Fluffy  [author] Mar 23 @ 8:51pm
I don't see why that would happen. The mod's content is 100% materials from the orginal game and has no effect on scripts and actions.

Depending on when exactly it happens, you should test others mods that you have. See if it happens on a new game or just that particular save.
[ARGONIAN]___Execution___ Mar 23 @ 3:58pm
My game wont work without this mod now... dk why. Any suggestions?
Fluffy  [author] Feb 29 @ 2:00pm
Hmm, I have to say I have never enountered that despite my juggling of these 2 race mods, but I do only use beast races and custom races.

Well, if the face scupter in Riften doesn't do the job, then try this Lossless Race Change [] mod.
Nekira Feb 29 @ 12:55pm
I started a new character with this mod switched on. Now, after switching the mod off, he is stuck with an argonian head and a human body and hair.

I had a request, if it isn't too much trouble? I'd like to see you make a seperate mod that merges the Cats and Lizards of Skyrim into one, so you get a 50/50 mix of both? I suppose the best way to accomplish this would be:

CATS: Nords, Bretons, Imperials, Khajiit, and Orcs
LIZARDS: Redguards, Bosmer, Dunmer, Argonian, High Elves

That combination should yield the most varity, I would think think.

Please let me know if this is something you'd be willing to do if you ever have the time! Really love the mod :)
§VT_Erabos Aug 9, 2015 @ 6:37am
Yeah ty
Fluffy  [author] Aug 9, 2015 @ 5:44am
It should. Maybe sure you did actually uncheck/delete lizardofskyrim.esp from your active skyrim mods list and load the game and not just unsubscribed. The game will show a message saying a mod is missing when you load the next time, and then all people will be un-lizarded. (Go through a door to load a new zone, maybe)
§VT_Erabos Aug 9, 2015 @ 3:33am
but when you Delete thius mod the mod is not going Awai
halofan3112 May 10, 2015 @ 4:35pm
It's not hard to imagine because of the The Falmer (Snow Elves or The Betrayed). But, yes, Hist Infection sounds pretty cool.
Melletch May 10, 2015 @ 1:13pm
Or the Argonians and the Nords swapped cultures and lands...
Melletch May 10, 2015 @ 1:12pm
Hist infection...
halofan3112 May 9, 2015 @ 10:07pm
Something like that, I guess.
halofan3112 May 9, 2015 @ 10:02pm
If you wanted to add a mini-story to why everyone is a lizard, you could say the Argonians created a toxin that changed their genetic code, forcing the other races to be poisened and turned into Argonians. So nords are still Nords by blood, but, they mostly Argonian.
Fluffy  [author] May 9, 2015 @ 9:56pm
You're welcome. :3 Have fun!~
halofan3112 May 9, 2015 @ 9:55pm
It works now. Thanks a lot! You are pretty creative with your mods. You helped a lot.
Fluffy  [author] May 9, 2015 @ 9:50pm
Do you have this mod actually active? Check your active mods with your favorite mod manager to see if it's checked. Also try moving your load order. Do you have any other NPC-affecting mods active? Some can break some NPCs, although I haven't seen a mod that full on prevent every change,
halofan3112 May 9, 2015 @ 8:27pm
Mine doesn't feel like working. I reloaded the game 6 times and started 12 new games. The NPC's are all nords.
Fluffy  [author] Mar 19, 2015 @ 10:39pm
Thank you for the interest. The problem is that the method is rather antiquated at this time of Skyrim's life. With many of Skyrim mod users using body replacers, custom races and custom NPCs, I cannot guarantee compability with them and feel that the opportunity time for this kind of race mod to be fresh have passed. In other words, I took too long to decide/finish modding for other races and I doubt there is a great andience for this kind of mod anymore.
Melletch Mar 19, 2015 @ 10:13pm
Advent of the Akavir! They need it man. Thanks, Khajiit is a good one to do. Maybe you can pass along your technique to someone and they can adapt the other races.
Fluffy  [author] Mar 19, 2015 @ 10:05pm
Khajiit already exists, it's called Cats of Skyrim.

I haven't worked on a Skyrim mod in a while now, sorry, I feel like waiting for the next Elder Scrolls game to rejuvinate the mood.
Melletch Mar 19, 2015 @ 9:46pm
If you could make these kind of mods into a series with other races, Nords only, Kajhiit only, Bosmer only, etc. I would appreciate it. but i love argonians. Thank you. Big lizard fan
Fluffy  [author] Feb 25, 2015 @ 9:17pm
Uh, well, only playable races are argonians and a few characters from the DLCs are not affected. It could be a mod conflict, depending on what other mods you have. Custom races can break the mod, and I know that there some off mods that adds or modify NPCs in a way to overwrite the lizard population. You will have to use either this or those, sorry.
NecroDamer Feb 22, 2015 @ 9:28pm
i need help not all of the npc in my game are Argonians anyway you can help me ?
Himilaya Feb 19, 2015 @ 9:28am

No, they'll be all back to normal. Skyrim relative normal, of course.
PS4 Peasant Jan 3, 2015 @ 8:34am
if i download the mod and get tired of it and turn off the mod will the npcs be all weird looking?
dragoninahuman Dec 27, 2014 @ 3:35am
reading through all the comments that have been posted since the last time i have been here, i still see a few pepole complain about argonians having messed up colors and also 1 mentioning some argonians not having scales.
if you actually look at the bottom of the mod description here, it links to a mod, made by me, that fixes all non-external-mod-related visual wierdness, including pepole having skin colors that dont match ther heads, and lacking scales.
though, also mentioned, more argonian skin tones mod, i dont know if my bug patch fixes that, it might do, as long as its loaded after said mod, if not, then thats a mod conflict, and one will then have to choose wether to keep that mod or no.
thats all, just wanted to say this, seeing the fact that ther still are pepole not using my texture bug fix

Fluffy  [author] Oct 23, 2014 @ 3:10pm
Well, it'll be mostly like the current mods when it comes to DLC requirement and compability, anyone successfully turned into a cat or lizard should be able to turn into a skeleton.
Cyclone340 Oct 23, 2014 @ 12:46pm
thanks :D also will it require any dlcs (i dont have any dlcs so i hope not)
Cyclone340 Oct 23, 2014 @ 12:44pm
i dont mind when you finished/ start it but im happy that hopefully you will be able to do it :)
Samma_Ray Oct 22, 2014 @ 6:31pm
I got this mod because a. I do enjoy th beast race characters, and b. I want to screw with my friend next time I show him the game.
Fluffy  [author] Oct 22, 2014 @ 3:09pm
I've taken a look at that skeleton mod with the kit, and the good news is that those skeleton models should be able to be forced into everyone, therefore making it possible for an all-skeleton Skyrim.

The not-good news is that I won't be able to start working on that until the week-end, where I have free time, and I don't know how long it would take. I do want to make it my way: Only graphical changes, no gameplay change. Maybe audio changes? I might also want to try making all dragon undead? I'll fiddle around with ideas.
Cyclone340 Oct 20, 2014 @ 9:19am
im not sure if it could work but, its worth a try?
Cyclone340 Oct 20, 2014 @ 9:18am
*i ment this
Cyclone340 Oct 20, 2014 @ 9:18am
here is the link to the skeleton mod!
yhis would require alot of work but if you can make this it will be amazing!
Cyclone340 Oct 20, 2014 @ 9:11am
