Thanks for your comment. I'm glad you took the time to solve and more importantly, enjoy, my puzzle.

I spent approximately 3-4 hours solving this test... But in the end, it was worth it. For me it was difficult to figure out which switch or button activates which apparatus, because the "route dots" were a little bit confusing.

Thanks for your comment Ape! I agree I went overboard with the buttons and switches in this map xD Logically though you can't do one thing before doing another in this puzzle so its one to just stop a second and think about :)

Now this is a puzzle, especially in the beginning! So confusing where to start and what to do, but the more you explore the more you understand, with some trial and error of course ;) Once you get into the motion of things the rest becomes easy. I could've said that the ending could've been harder, but with all the frustration most users will have in the beginning, the "easier-it-gets" progression is actually nice. Outstanding job, mate! Ate! Ape!? xD

Thanks for your comment! Is antlines the proper name for them? Cool.

I've found a few other exploits myself but unfortunately I can't edit my map anymore after reinstalling Windows a few months ago. Oh well, I'll chalk this one to experience and carry the knowledge onto future maps.

I'll check out your map thanks :)

That's one huge, beautifull test chamber. Obscure and confusing sometimes (so many antlines!), but in the end, everything made sense. Took me quite a while, difficult but really enjoyable. Good work sir !

Exploits I've found :
There is a way to get the mirror cube earlier, by using portal tunneling, making it possible to skip half the test. There is also a way to slide a portal between the wall and the glass pannel near the exit door, making it possible to send the ball on the exit button as soon as you collect it.

I'm not going to lie to you - this puzzle is one of the best I've played. A perfect balance between enjoyable yet also difficult. Keep up the good work!

This puzzle is so perfectly designed! Good work ^^ You find what to do in a few seconds, and you are never stuck ;)

@Sunil.Bouckaert : About "simple = not made with Hammer", I suggest you to have a look at my workshop ^^ Mainly the Misc category, and you'll see that you don't need Hammer at all to make "complex" maps ;) By complex I mean the design of the level, not how hard it is to solve the puzzle...

this isnt hammer?
Baggy  [author] Jun 11, 2012 @ 12:20pm
Thank you to you both. I know they stripped the editor down a lot from Hammer - its hard to get a non-hammer puzzle to stand out

by simple i mean not made with hammer ^^
