That's good, exept the historical fact that Soldier won the"war" against Demoman, so this is more humiliation than revenge.

...engineer´s best enemy is spy....but this is memory of WAR update where soldier´s biggest enemy was demoman.

Pretty sure Valve isn't adding in any variations of other items at this point, we've already seen Pocket Heavy and Pocket Mother both end the same fate.
