No, go to markarth and look around the city before installing this mod. Then save your game, install this mod, and check out the city again. The differences will be immediate and very much visible. All the mod does is give the city some flair by adjusted light sources, adding new decorational pieces and ruins, and the addition of some trees and insects. Purely aesthetic.

never been in markarth. So it's pretty much adding new houses to the game?
Skitzophrinik  [author] Nov 28, 2014 @ 11:32am
Changes Markarth's existing space. No new land was added - only decorations in the city itself (nothing outside the city).
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer Nov 28, 2014 @ 11:22am
Does your mod adds new land, or changes already existant??
Skitzophrinik  [author] Nov 28, 2014 @ 11:19am
Not sure. Try "tscr" in the command prompt. Toggle script processing.

Sorry for dumb question, buuuut... what exactly this mods adds? I read it's description thrice times, and still do not understand exactly what you meant. Does this mod just changes the lands of already existed Skyrim and adds random houses and trees all around?
Mr. Freeze Oct 5, 2014 @ 10:57am
It looks awesome, thank you :-)
Skitzophrinik  [author] Aug 25, 2014 @ 9:13pm
Yes, it could. I don't know of anyone in the past few years that has had issues with silver-blood inn. :-/
amorfugit Aug 25, 2014 @ 2:01pm
Okay so Silver-blood Inn completely screws up, no walls and the floors are if existing a good bit below where they should be.
I use the enhancement mods for the exterior, could this be the mod conflicting?
Pansy-Tongued Vegetable King Aug 9, 2014 @ 11:23pm
Looks like Dale from The Hobbit.
Skitzophrinik  [author] Jul 9, 2014 @ 2:38pm
No, but if I did it would have only been lighting adjustments. I am 99% sure that I did not.
WLM~GasconFedaykin~ Jul 9, 2014 @ 1:42pm
Did you alter the understone keep with this mod?
Skitzophrinik  [author] Jul 3, 2014 @ 7:39pm
A lot? I have one mod. And no, navmesh deletion was not intentional. You're getting me confused with Applestormy who created the majority of the towns and villages enchanced series. I was asked if he could add my mod to his collection. I'm not looking for traffic. If you like it I'm glad you like my vision of Markarth. The least I could've done was done already as I had no knowledge of the proper way to do things and I never had a problem with Markarth, or the stability of my game, so I did not think to look for errors.

If you want to take this mod and modify it and call it your own I don't even care - you could even say that I copied you if you wanted. The mod was for myself to enjoy foremost and was not meant to be noticed or top the charts on the modding end (until the addition into Towns and Villages, but even this was later after I stopped modding). Yes, I answer comments, but that's because a big green button lights up every time I get one.

Sorry to bum you out, Duchess.

A lot of this author's mods are dirty, and it will require a lot of time to clean his collection. If you do not know how to clean the dirty mods with TES5Edit, it could make your game unstable. Also, he states navemesh deletions are intentional.
Ivy Meadow Jul 2, 2014 @ 12:29am
Dude... Chill out. The least you could've done was clean them before uploading them because 100s upon 100s of people have been putting their time into doing it over and over again for themselves. Even if someone were to upload the clean one this one would still get mote traffic.
Skitzophrinik  [author] Jul 2, 2014 @ 12:26am
Do you know how to do it? If so, go ahead. I made this mod over two years ago and last updated it around the same time. I'd be happy to upload a new file, or let someone else upload it if they wanted, but I have no intentions of touching it again.
Ivy Meadow Jul 1, 2014 @ 11:07pm
Normal TES5Edit cleaning doesn't need the CK. You'll just need the CK to fix the Navmesh deletions that will reap havok on everyones games.
Skitzophrinik  [author] Jul 1, 2014 @ 9:58pm
Go ahead. I don't even have the CK installed anymore.
Ivy Meadow Jul 1, 2014 @ 8:16pm
•Warning: Contains 37 ITM records and 28 UDR records. Clean with TES5Edit.
yannik.schulz Apr 20, 2014 @ 1:37am
I have all plugins of the mods in Nexus, but I don´t know what I have to do with that files, if I want to install the mods from steam in Nexuss.
yannik.schulz Apr 19, 2014 @ 4:55am
can it be that Nexus cost anything? I´ve seen a short film from 2012 on Youtube. The guy which had posted it said, that a new account is for free. Right now it costst and I won´t pay for it. I think that Nexuss is a bit better in dealing with mods than steam, isn´t it?
Skitzophrinik  [author] Apr 18, 2014 @ 6:23pm
No, I have not. The Dwemer disappeared a very long time ago so the chances of their structures being up to date or not in a sort of disrepair doesn't quite sit with me. Besides, I love the intrigue of lost civilizations. For me, the ruined city is like visiting Rome (somewhat) - ancient ruins combined with modern metropolis.
teslacarter Apr 17, 2014 @ 12:41am
Its really nice. Ever think about makeing a mod where Markarth is no longer in ruins? ( just a though) :)
Skitzophrinik  [author] Apr 13, 2014 @ 12:43pm
Go for it :)
PurpleKrakken Apr 7, 2014 @ 5:20pm
Contains dirty edits: 37 ITM, 28 UDR records. Needs TES5Edit cleaning.
Bobbles1021 Apr 2, 2014 @ 2:19pm
These are really nice looking modifications. You're doing a really great job!
Skitzophrinik  [author] Mar 19, 2014 @ 11:44am
@Naught A lot more than that. If you can't see a difference it's not working.
@Par No. Not unless someone else makes a compatible version, sorry.
=NoBullShit= Mar 18, 2014 @ 6:47am
will this ever be compatible with "open cities"?
NaughtiusMaximus Mar 16, 2014 @ 9:45pm
I don't see any difference. What did you do just add a few trees?
WIcKΣΓ ΜΛ|\| Feb 20, 2014 @ 12:18pm
It reminds me much of LOTR :) Elven city I think?
Karat Ikid Jan 22, 2014 @ 3:45am
@pilotacevedo i just thought that this was the reason why i couldnt use workshop mods because skse ignores the launcher from skyrim and jumps right into the game.
(im fairly new a modding skyrim so i got to this conclusion)
but in fact i just had wrong settings wich where the reason why my steam mods werent loaded.

@VirtualDementia, E.V.I.L. Thank You! ;)
Skitzophrinik  [author] Jan 20, 2014 @ 6:02pm
@pilotacevedo No, but SKSE is so useful in so many mods that I'd suggest installing it anyways (if you have not already).
pilotacevedo Jan 19, 2014 @ 8:45pm
Do we need SKSE for this mod?
VirtualDementia Jan 9, 2014 @ 12:08am
Karat Ikid Jan 2, 2014 @ 1:40pm
okay.. searched for markarth but didnt find it.. ill look again. but its no problem anyway ive found the reason why i couldnt use workshop mods it wasnt SKSE as i had thought. :)
