S4Oaf May 25, 2012 @ 7:03pm

jc7jack May 21, 2012 @ 8:16pm

Sorry but there is no way they would make it
Vladimir Putin May 18, 2012 @ 7:57am
Nice idea! But valve is probably to busy making money off of keys and hats to implement this.
Arzuros May 18, 2012 @ 6:44am
This is fucking stupid.
Oh long jonson  [author] May 16, 2012 @ 11:08pm
it now cost like key, and have 15% chance to unlock
Google Chrome May 16, 2012 @ 4:58pm
yes, you would, because you'd be saving 50 cents, and chances are that at least one of the pins will open up the crate. As such, lucky bastards will have a potentially infinite number of crate-opening tools for just $1. Whereas Valve makes much more money by just giving people one key that opens one crate.
zvrkisha May 16, 2012 @ 4:16pm
I think this can only make more money for valve, so why not. I would rather use 10 pins than 1 key, for that price. Crate opening is gamble anyway
Google Chrome May 16, 2012 @ 3:47pm
Valve makes so much money off of keys, that I doubt they would invest any time or money into other crate-opening methods.
