this mod is working perfectly in 2023.the only feature i use is disable auto combat (aka. auto danger),i can confirm it is working both in single Player and multiplayer !:steamthumbsup:

Hey there. Someone told me you made a mod that allows Zeus to override AI freezing in combat mode and enabling them to evade or assault etc. Is that what this mod does? I'm just asking because I don't see anything specific about Zeus.

This mod doesn't work anymore, I saw a video of it working extra well with VCOM AI, now it doesn't even work with that or on vanilla. I don't get it, why does Bohemia Interactive think that the AI should just stop following the commands of the squad leader. If the Squad Leader is a fucking mile away, that is terrible... always.

No idea why this happens, they might be crouched or even prone ?

@hero of stalingrad: No, you can't do that with this addon. You can do that with scripting, but this addon only handles your own squad, which is on purpose.

Are you able to make for instance, 5 different squads rush over a field taking fire without stopping?
And then I mean enemy squads not mine.

This does not work for me.

Half my squad follow me and the other half are 5 miles back because they are walking at a snails pace. Any ideas why?

Update: Now automatically disables combat mode when the mission is started. This can be set via the CBA game settings

@jurassic Yes, it doesn't interfere, it's not an AI mod, it just uses command that prevents your squad mates from entering combat mode

Update: So I just did some single player (was playing mp-coop last night), and it seems the hint does appear in single player, however it was /not/ appearing in multiplayer coop. Not sure what the difference is, but hopefully you can re-create now.

Yep its active, and i bound the key (toggle) to "numlock /" under configure addons, I can't find any HUD element changes or anything when spamming the key.

Sidenote: This and CBA are the only two mods I'm running, so chances of it being a conflict are nil.

So I'm not seeing the hint in the top-right corner to tell me the current status, and also I have a question: Does the stripped-box icon on the AI simply the indication for "danger?" Using this doesn't seem to clear that when taking fire.

Jules, if you are in the menu, click on configuration, then click on "controls". In the right lower corner, there's a button "Configure addons"... click that, and select "FHQ CombatMode " from the dropbox. There, you can set the keys

@himpertrito When in game, press the toggle hotkey, or one of the turn on or off keys, to set whether AI in your group should be able to enter combat mode automatically or now. A hint is displayed in the top right corner telling you what the current state is

@david070 Open the settings, go to controls, and click on "configure addons" in the lower right corner of the Settings dialog. Then select FHQ CombatMode from the dropdown, double click on the key you want to define, and press the key.

this mod helped me to complete the base game couldn't have done it without it as AI were ass and kept getting killed by own side, will be using it all the time from now on

Excellent addon. Now you can actually manage your AI and when you have to flee they'll follow you instead of go AI hive mind and scatter everywhere to their deaths.

Absolutely brilliant! Back in the Flashpoint days Multiplayer mission with AI was standard. Nowadays nobody plays WITH ai, because of no-control in vanilla game. This is whats desperately needed!
