I like this, but I think the strap over the hat could be improved slightly - it looks a bit too angular from the back. Otherwise, great!

Perfect for scout! One thing though would be that there should be a second style to have the new catcher's mask style. Look up a picture to see. Please consider this. I would do this but i don't know how to design stuff on a computer.

To be honest I see this as more of an engineer item seeing as he's american as well, but doesn't really move all too much and would keep people off home plate (capture point)
