to find out how to get then read the description for normal TARDIS, and to summon you use a book in the TARDIS to learn a shout that lets you summon it

To all people are saying "How do I find the Tardis" or something like that. This is just an addon for it lets say you have DragonBorn DLC you try to bring your Tardis there it crashs because you dont have the addon for the Tardis to go there to get it go ahead and click ShatteredSteel up there and view his files and find the Tardis. Yes its marked incompatible but that was just for a while he is now working on how to fix it. You may experiances some malfuntions but dont worry he is doing all he can to fix it and make it even better.

@The Eleventh Doctor The main TARDIS mod only requires Skyrim, SKSE, and SkyUI. It's this addon that requires the Dragonborn DLC.

okay, you need the dragonborn DLC, you get it form your team library, on you skyrim section under DLC. it costs $13 serioulsy, are all of you ignorant about steam? also, read the description, and you would find that it needs the DLC.
