My idea: Make for 5 seconds invincible ally.
Has a 30 second recharge.
Can be instantly recharged from a Resupply cabinet.
it could:
resurrect the dead ones for 15 sec
have only 2 use
one corpse can only be ressurrected once
on taunt: Instant death :D

+ Powdered enemies forced to do the Thriller (Halloween) taunt when the thrower taunts.
+ Powder lasts 10 secs (or enough to freeze powdered enemies for 2 taunts' worth)

So, if you poison someone, they take continous damage for the next 7 seconds, and any extra hits during that time are 10% stronger, though, enemies also now deal more damage and are slightly more accurate.
Undead Powder
Level 5 Haunted Jar of Decrepit
[+]doused enemies will become humiliated within melee attack hits. (powder effect lasts 8 seconds, humiliated player will be disarmed for 2,5 solid seconds, does not work on ubered enemies. Thought this because it fits the soul of halloween.)
Alternatively:
[+]Gives a slight shadowy figurine which would make any player caught in the splash radius, harder to spot (including sniper himself which (powder effect lasts 8 seconds)
[-]30% slower movement speed on doused players (for 8 seconds)
On both versions it can nullify a cloak to spot a spy by dousing him in grayish powder or put out fire from friends.
It damages or blurs the vision of the target and reduce their movement speed by 5%
On hit: Zombiefies the person, reducing speed and removing the ability to attack, but cannot go below 1 HP until effect expires?
