MrPibb has got a point there, in English this sounds just too weird. I would more suggest something like "Schaden-Freud" then, or "Beard-Freude" or something like that.

@MrPibb2000 Why would you want to change the name? It points out the reference to Freud.

Much prefer this one to A Brush with Death. Gives less of an evil vibe and more of a stern father/old timey doctor one.

Judging by these comments, Looks like you need to add a "The Brush with Death; Not the Brush with Death" comparison image.

It's cool, but the brush with death is cooler. It even comes with a badass scar on the medic's eye

like it, make it paintable (so u can be santa) and it would be a more fitting beard for medic than the brush with death!

There's already, an almost identical beard for the medic. Not much point in this one.

The more Beards the better!

This beard... honestly, I think it would look great on the Medic. It is neatly shaved and makes the Medic look smart, as any doctor should look. It is like the more refined version of the Brush with Death, and I feel that the style of this item leans more toward the common Medic than the Battle Medic look that the Brush with Death offers. I wholeheartedly approve of this item, and I hope that it is included in the Smissmas 2013 Update. Kudos to you, Re-Constructor, for creating such an excellent item.

Just because the Brush with Death got in doesn't mean this can't. Besides, the original Big Weiner was posted to the workshop on June 11th, and the Brush with Death was posted on July 14th.

Just to repel the people that think this is a 'ripoff' or whatever.

I like the gentlemanly trimmed look of this facial hair better than the Brush of Death, although personally, I think I'd prefer it in Grey-ish. I'm glad it's not paintable, I don't want to see people running around with a big pink face. It's fantastic! Keep up the good work!

@Re-Constructor: This item looks far too similar to the Brush with Death misc for Medic for my taste. It's basically the same, only without the scar over the eye, and this beard and moustache are more bulky. Too bulky for my liking, sorry. I like the angular, sharper lines of the Brush with Death better on the Medic's long, narrow face.
