Ok thanks I'll try that
Munday  [author] 20 hours ago
Sorry to hear that. Try making a save file after you have deleted the mod, and then reloading that new save. If that fails, you could also try making backup of all the mods you want to keep, and then validating your local files through steam.

I can not unistall your mod can you help me please: so far I have tried (unsubing, then deleting the thehuntgames.esp files in steamapps/common/skyrim/data yet still when I load up a new game the prices are all based off your mod

Hey guys please look at the suggestions box and check out if that's a good idea or not
Rekki Jul 23 @ 7:05pm
@Kovac I agree, I feel a little too rich xD

The only issue I see with this is the comparison. It is stated in this mod's description that the real-life value of pelts and hides is not represented well in Skyrim, however, what needs to be kept in mind is that while in real life hunting is a well-practiced sport and occupation, it is much more significantly filled job in Skyrim's lore. Many more people hunt in Skyrim than in real life, and as a result, more pelts are on the market, and, as you can probably guess, their value goes down as a result.

I'm not saying 4KINGS is wrong in upping the price, it still seems rather small, even in how the world of tamriel works (Like omg a werewolf pelt...WTF Y U SO CHEAP) , it's just wrong to compare it to earth's economy. I dunno, maybe I'm overthinking it.

But in any case, I give this mod a pretty high rating, I like what it's trying to do. Keep it up! I just might tone the values down a little is all!

Question: Does the mod changes daggers into enchanted daggers? I'm using a lot of mods and one of them makes daggers always beeing powerful enchanted weapons. But I prefer to use normal weapons... Is it this mod that changes every dagger in the game?
Dhars Dec 28, 2016 @ 6:52pm
Awesome mod, makes hunting worth it, especially as an Archer..
Truetobi91 Dec 14, 2016 @ 8:53am
Tried this mod for the first time the last few days and the first thing that came to my attention is, that even though I killed about 20 goats non of them dropped even one goat horn for building houses. I think this comes from being a mod for games without DLC's?
stmart Dec 12, 2016 @ 4:42am

I removed the mod and found out that it affects the buy and sell side. Prices are considerably low without this mod. So I'll just raise my speech skill then.
stmart Dec 12, 2016 @ 4:35am
Regarding the "Pelt Price Changes", does it affect the buying price of pelts only and not the selling price? My value when selling pelts is way below the new amount. But I guess that has something to do with my speechcraft skills. I'm still in the early part of the game.
HermaeusM0R4 Dec 7, 2016 @ 2:41pm
There is a conflict between this mod and hearthfire that removes the chance for goat horns on goats killed. Also for anyone who wants this mod on Skyrim SE just move the .esp file from your Skyrim Data folder to your Skyrim Special Edition Data folder and check the box in your plugins list from NMM.
JUGII:D Nov 15, 2016 @ 10:34am
Doesn`t working:(
Th3oriesMan Nov 6, 2016 @ 11:37pm
Any planes to update this for SSE? Would love to see it on the SSE Nexus; great mod.
66Gramms Sep 23, 2016 @ 8:24am
For me it's just simply not working :'( I have some mods but the only one has a slight chance to make this one not working is Yeti's merchant mod... But I don't think so.
VonValerian Aug 23, 2016 @ 7:45pm
@Mathison you may be using the wrong deer hide. There are 2 seperate items labeled "deer hide" in the game, but one is gotten from elk while the other is gotten from "Deer" (in fact caribou). The unofficial patch fixes this and names them differently.
Pocket Aug 18, 2016 @ 11:48am
SERIOUSLY thank you
Munday  [author] Aug 11, 2016 @ 5:59pm
@Mathison I only edited drops and prices. All the IDs remain the same, so im not sure whats happening there. I would try maybe putting this mod before hearthfire and see if that fixes the problem. :)
Zando Zando! Aug 8, 2016 @ 12:17pm
Thank you so much! I always liked to hunt in skyrim but now it has a purpose thank you!
Mathison Aug 7, 2016 @ 6:27pm
Does this mod interfere with Hearthfire? I only ask because since installing The Hunting Game I cannot create the Mounted Elk Head inside my home. It says I need Deer Hide even though I have 3 in my inventory (the recipe calls for only one). I really enjoy the mod so far, but it is currently hindering my house development in Hearthfire.
cubbyzeeman Aug 3, 2016 @ 11:52pm
you sir deserve the immersive as fuck award.
emihirst Jul 23, 2016 @ 6:16am
@Neet Freak Ken - nah, just needs practice. This is how I play the Greatest Archer in Skyrim ♥
seanbyrne34 Jul 3, 2016 @ 10:04am
Does this mod work with ''Hunting in Skyrim''?
emihirst Jun 26, 2016 @ 11:02am
Thank you for this, I was looking for a 'lite' version of Hunting Rebalanced, and as a bonus I have some new armour to try as well =^.^=
Neet Freak Ken May 23, 2016 @ 10:41pm
This mod would be a 10/10 if it made Deer die to 1 arrow even at level 1. Deer taking 4-5 arrows is fucking STUPID.
trowbridge26 Apr 25, 2016 @ 9:35am
this is one of the best mods ever
Magic Wolf Apr 9, 2016 @ 2:32pm
what is the armor
Herorioc™ Apr 1, 2016 @ 4:18am
Is there any way you can do a version were you have the orignal prices but that you keep the realistic drop rate?

I'm asking because to increase the drop rate AND the cost seems to me like "cheating" since you can make a fortune by hunting, not very realistic since hunters never really make a fortune but only decent amount of money and just enough to make a living.

Other then that, great mod!
lucas Mar 27, 2016 @ 7:02pm
im pretty sure that dragon items would be more expensive than werewolf items
EariosRandomness Mar 27, 2016 @ 6:05pm
Currently playing a Wood Elf hunter/assassin who prefers to catch his own food and sell the excess. This mod makes that not only a reliable source of food, but also a really good source of money.
Reman of Cyrodiil Feb 18, 2016 @ 9:04am
nice mod, grey. it was so absolutely annoying roleplaying a hunter because the only thing you could do in the beginning to get rid of all your wolf pelts et cetera was making leather armor.
your mod makes the game mutch more realistic and less annoying for my favourite class. ^^
Nucleak Feb 3, 2016 @ 3:59pm
i have the armor mod but where do i get the archer armor
ben Jan 18, 2016 @ 5:58pm
Are there any mods that are strictly incompatible with this mod? I've loaded it in, but I've still got vanilla drops and prices.
Matched Player Jan 8, 2016 @ 4:27am
Deers aren't droping any antlers.
Ginjin Fey Dec 30, 2015 @ 10:38pm
So I have had this mod for a while, but then it suddenly stopped working. Any ideas why? I have tried reinstalling the mod, but it didn't work.
Malian Dec 27, 2015 @ 7:46am
does this work with Dragonborn DLC?
-KS- Garrus Vakarian Dec 22, 2015 @ 9:36am
Awesome mod!
dobppo9 Dec 20, 2015 @ 6:32pm
Good, but prices are too high, hunting is a commoners job, that is why it pays low. Although the prices should be a bit higher than vanilla makes them. Eg. bear pelt= 90 or 110
The Misanthropologist Dec 9, 2015 @ 11:17pm
This mod makes it a joy to wander the hinterlands. Thanks!

This is a great mod, I've always enjoyed hunting in Skyrim, and this makes it even more fun, thanks!
Munday  [author] Oct 17, 2015 @ 12:21am
Try putting it at the bottom of the LO
PapaPitun Oct 16, 2015 @ 7:45am
Im asking, because it doesn't work 4 me. :/
Munday  [author] Oct 15, 2015 @ 3:41pm
Nope. Ive never used SKSE for any of my mods, and never will :)
PapaPitun Oct 15, 2015 @ 1:25pm
Do i need a SKSE or something to install this mod?
Munday  [author] Sep 16, 2015 @ 8:30pm
That bear is probbably a specific instace, as it is weaker than a normal bear. In which case it would not use the general Bear drops that this mod creates.
