I like the idea of a house in the marshes there, It'll be on my mind.
As it goes I've just built a castle somewhere between riften and windhelm and I'm running a playthrough with that so I can improve the castle before I put it out there (and I've got a hankering to chop up some drugar). House in the swamp in Morthal is something I would like to do.
I did put a house in Morthal with my mod 'Dovahkiin Sanctuary'. It was well located and was a farm building. It wans't too impressive, but it did fit well.
If you don't mind I'll request you as a friend.. then i can let you know how a house in the Marsh goes.. maybe you have some ideas on a theme ;)

@Gillan2020 I understand where you're coming from, in terms of style and its surroundings I would definatly put it somewhere different, I did try out this mod but I just dont like where it is, dont get me wrong falkreath is nice but the occasional dragon attack when I leave the house is annoying, maybe put it in the marshs next to Morthal? The house suits that type of terrain and environment :)

Thanks :)
It's a solitude style building outside and in, so not realy the same as the farm buildings which make up Falkreath, but I felt it lends itsself to a a more gothic feel, and it's tucked away, so to me it fits where it is kinda laid into the cliff edge like that. This was actually designed as part of a multi house mod which in turn was designed to house and aid in retrieving Skulls in the skull mods which I made, but I was requested for just this house alone as the other houses connected every town house existing and modded by me, so I put it out there on its own for anyone who fancies a house in Falkreath for collecting the skulls woithout the back doors, or just anyone who fancies a house in Falkreath ;)

merci pour le bon et beau travail

Thanks sweetheart/ or dude, never know with avatars ;)
The weapons and shields take a moment to go on the walls the first time you walk into the room and sometimes the next couple of times too, but usually just one and then they stay on the walls when you walk in and stay there neat and tidy ;) The wandering mannequin thing is a general problem with all mannequins unfortunately :(
The ownership of the bed.. Now I can sort that on ;)

Thanks again so much, you know, you pack the files upload them and then unless you get some feed back you could never know it's working. I'm glad you like it, I love making them.
That Skull in the blue palace by the main door os a tricky one i think.. that guard is all eyes.
There's another one in solitude on top of the tall wall on the right just as you enter the green area that goes up to the imperial training yard if you come from the blue palace, anyway if you know the place i mean there's a trick skull to get there, I had a lot of fun getting that one ;)

Hey Gillan
copy to my post on TesNexus !
I downloaded Falkreath Sanctum ..
I unchecked "Dovahkiin Sanctuary" and deleted. esp
I placed BreezehomeTNF before your mod

Removed the mod "linked home chests" (I think it conflicted)

It works well, exit, transit area, input connections .. Thank you and endorsement + kudos

smaler lacks, like the bed "owned" some npc unvoiced ..
mannequins that move .. shields and weapons (too many in my opinion) that are on the ground and get back on the walls ..

I stole my first skull in the Blue Palace
of course .. endorsed !
and yes the files have successfully uploaded.

They're another mod.. 'Unique skulls of skyrim' there's five sets to subscribe to, you can find it here on steam by typing the title into the search or use the following link:
I hope you like them ;)

G20  [author] Oct 17, 2013 @ 3:18pm
Thanks dude :)
I do think the basement is quite spacious enough though.. ;)
King Kayden Oct 16, 2013 @ 11:23am
Thanks I found it! Its really cool! My only problem with it, In my opinion, is that it feels really cramped! Everything seems so shoved in that basement! Oh and the bloody bookshelves I really love collecting things so its an awesome house but I also prefer a more regal feel to my homes! But I really like it! Keep up the good work!

Hi, Falcreath is pretty small and the house should appear on your local map as Falcrerath Sanctum. It's opposite the Jarls Longhouse up the gap between the buildings opposite.
King Kayden Oct 15, 2013 @ 11:25pm
Where exactly is the house? I cannot find it! And how do I come to own it?
G20  [author] Oct 13, 2013 @ 1:52pm
Hello Brother Dovahkiin.
Wow, I had missed a lot of them.. anyway, they're all fixed now!
G20  [author] Oct 13, 2013 @ 12:18pm
Thanks :)
and thanks for letting me know. I haven't been able to test this as I am In game with my Sanctuary loaded.. When I copied this Building I had to replace all the bookshelves as they are custom. All the triggers etc stayed where they were, so, I must have missed one. I'll take a look and place a shelf there tonight! It wont effect what you've left on the shelves, So just treat the place like the shelf is there and ill let you know when it's done (soon) and you can just let it update and wll will be good in the hood! ;)

Thanks so much for doing a separate one:) I do have a question/comment though; In the basement of the sanctum there is a door labeled 'Falkreath Sanctum' which leads to another very similar room with the red bookshelves. Except at one end the bookshelves have vanished - you can still use them and the items hover in mid-air;p Is there supposed to be two rooms of bookshelves? If so, are some of them invisible to you? If not I probably have some sort of conflict I will need to sort out:) Cheers!
