What script/command are you using in the editor to make the AI units to get out of the helicopter when it lands? Im playing around in the editor and cant make ai units unload from an player controlled helicopter.

Well, I can take it down, but when I'll have time to fix it I don't want the mission to be lost in the Workshop and also if you are still subscribed the update will be done automatically.

It's not that I don't want to fix it, I'm studying for the university and I'm working on other mission, one it's gonna be a Pedro 6 mission for clan with a medical system, and the other one it's gonna be a LittleBird mission.
This one is really heavy scripted so it would take me a while to fix it now and I can't, sorry.

The mission was tested and it was released 8 months ago, now it seems to be broken after all the patches, I don't have time to fix it.

I have the same problem as "keystoned|usa". Upon landing nothing happens. The soldiers just stay in their spawn positions. Sometimes if I restart from the save it will work, but that is pretty rare. Something is seriously bugged on this mission.

Thank you for your suggestion Folleso, you cleared a lot of things and I will try to fix this when I'll work on the next Pedro 6 Coop Mission!
Actually on the chopper there are PJs, I just didn't find a good way to make the medical routine work during the flight.
Anyway, my next mission will have the dialog, a team on the ground will face different medical situation, with limited supplies, they will coordinate with Pedro for the MEDEVAC, Pedro will have to load the right equipment on the chopper, fly there, pick up the injured soldier and heal him during the RTB.

Great scenario. This is CASEVAC not MEDEVAC. MEDEVAC has medical personell onboard, whereas CASEVAC is just a transport of the wounded to a medical facility. If you are planning on including medics or other medical personell, it would be great if you included MTI dialog or just a dialog of the observations and treatment the 1st medic is doing. This in turn will be radioed from the vehicle commander to the medical instalation *Roll 1 / 2 / 3. Furthermore, the ground crew will never inform the MEDEVAC crew of the colour of the smoke in advance. The MEDIVAC systech will inform the ground crew of what colour he sees when the MEDIVAC arrieves and ask for confirmation.

@ReynevarI never thought of this mission as something to complete, but like a training mission, so even if you die it shouldn't be a big deal, anyway I will add the autosave on my next update.
@TrNitroToluene, unfortunately not, the mission is linked to the Ghosthawk for different reason.
Anyway guys, about the next update, as I said before it will be a mission for Clan Training, it will feature a medic system, a Line 9 and different situations.
The only problem for now is to find a great medic system, so in the next months when more mods will be available, I will choose one of them and update the mission, that will probably be a different download.

I learned how to fly on this mission :), is it posisble to use the hummingbird to complete the tasks, when I arrive at the objective the soldiers don't seem to have spawned? I'm currently using my 2 gunners as Blackfootpilots to provide support :P

good mission. period. is there any way to add more realis to the missions such as random attacks, and possibly a time limit to "rescue" a wounded soldier? possibly a risk/reward system??

When tasked for Medevac I land at the smoke marked by the infantry. However they don't load up the wounded or do anything. Even if I fly to the physical MEDEVAC marked through the task Icon nothing happens...

I had the same problem of Rusten SKE; I hover at 0 meter over the sea, but soldiers don't come on board. The same if I hover at some meters above and I try to use the rope. Any suggest??

It's definitely been a fun mission so far, but I'm having a bit of trouble with the rescue of the downed pilot. I was able to get him in onboard, but it never registers that the task is complete. I've gone all the way back to base and I can only just sit there.

Dude the rope medievac is a total bitch when using a joystick and a throttle. Took me about 20 min and 5 tries to make it(i use no autohover). But it sure was great training so thank you for creating this senario with a total bitch of a task.

great mission, but the sea rescues do not always work. also a recomendation, I think giving a time limit for how long the people live for would be good for a different difficulty

This mission is great! Im having a hard time rescuing the downed pilot though. The swimmer gets out but it says the rope gets cut everytime. Ive held the hover manually and with auto but same result. What am i doing wrong?

Nice mission to train with chopper. I died many times but always with a smile at the lips !!! ;=)
