Is this still possible? Last time I played the white wall in the room with a button was at floor level, Now is Too high up the wall to portal through? Just cannot see how to get around this change.

Not sure what that white panel beneath the level was doing or what to do with the fizzer wall (since there are other options of getting out of the pit). But the map was very fun. I like the gel exchange method :)

Not sure if this is intended, but you can jump from the cube to press the button that activates the gel.

Not saying you should. I think it is good to give testers 5 possiblilities with maybe just 4 needed. Keeps the mind open and raises the difficulty, making not everything so clearly.

The wall with the fizzler in front of it is a way for players to get out of the cube area if they're trapped. I can probably get away with removing it; and maybe I should, because it seems to be confusing people

You fixed so much that it's perfect! I wish I could double favorite this :) There's actually two ways to solve it with the gel. I'm not sure if it's intended, but both solutions are very clever!

Very good for a first attempt at this theme. And the puzzle was nice as well, the whole map took about six minutes. Thumbs up.

The main reason I did was because, despite people looking for puzzles, it is relatively easy to pull off. I don't mind alternate solutions if people have to seriously go out of their way to achieve it, but simple cuts like that I tend to patch. That said, I think I will un-patch the startto allow some competition in the speed-running community.

@srs - Why even patch the start? No one that wants to play a puzzle map will use these routes. I completed your map the intended way before I even thought about using the railing jump route. It doesn't hurt anyone to leave it the way it is. If you dont want alternate solutions to be used you should playtest your maps more.

The next fix will make speedruns basically impossible, as I've forced the player to spread gel in the required area before the exit door can actually be opened. But I think this removes the fun for people who can come up with routes like your first one. So I think I'll abandon that method and just patch the start jump.

Nice runs, man! The first one looked absolutely wonderful. I was actually going to suggest to you that bhopping the walkway onto the exit platform would shave a few seconds off, but I see you've done that. There's nothing I can do about the first route, but I'll add some more frames to the platform to cover the second one.

Glad you liked it! Yeah, I think I might thicken up the fog. This map is pretty bright so the fog's effects are nullified a little...

Good map! Add some fog though so the low res textures on the inside of the sphere aren't as noticable and the line from sphere to water isn't so noticeable either. But really good!
