There is no quest. Some of these you'll find in loot, others are placed in various locations in the game world, so you'll happen across them by accident or by following hint notes placed in various inns and taverns.

There's only one note in Solitude, but it covers two items that are located in the city. The note should be in the Winking Skeever, most likely in the upstairs room. I don't remember its exact location offhand so look carefully.

There's two in Solitude, so it depends on which one you're looking for. One is currently a little tricky to find (I'll be making adjustments insofar as where notes are located) but the other isn't so much, so long as you go along on the "Man Who Cried Wolf" quest.

Fire swords are level listed, so there's a chance for them to turn up in loot or on certain enemies. The shield emblazoned with a star has a hint note in Whiterun, but the other shields are level-listed like the fire swords.

Be sure to check around in the bedrooms as well as in the tavern areas, they're more likely to be in the former than the latter.

The key to the chest is hanging about in that area, I mean to relocate it when I backport the Skyrim SE changes to this here Oldrim version, since it's a little bit hidden. There's a bar counter on the upper floor, I believe right before the hall that transports you to Sheogorath, I'd take a good peek there.

@BronySquall: Well, in Serpent Isle, the Infinity Bow was found in Fawn and a shrine. Fawn is probably vaugely similar to Riften, but a great deal ritzier. I already have a thing in Riften (and intent to relocate it since something else will be relegated there) and I wanted the Infinity Bows to be more of an end-dungeon reward, hence why I put them where I did.

And the famous chest somewhere in solitude is locked is it normal ? I found it with the note but no clues about the key btw great mod i've killed more bandits then ever just to find shields haha

The unnoficials apprently fixes the ebony shield but i have that update but if i am the only one with this bug might be because i started the game before installing the patch but i am also on consoles if this help

As a random addendum, maybe the Infinity Bow clues could go to Riften? Since, from what I read, it's close to where you got one in Ultima...

I'll have to look at its setup, it might not be flagged correctly for vampires. Though if I used the Ebony Shield as a base, I'm not sure how the bug would've slid in since the mod uses the Update.esm as a master, unless of course the Unofficial Patch resolved the bug.

There's actually two tucked away in a couple dungeons. There's a note in the Nightgate Inn that pertains to the bow and should help put you on the right path(es).

That's the Infinity Bow. The name is a good indicator as to what the bow can do.

I had considered doing a collection of spells from Ultima (in fact I started such a mod, but only did one spell and didn't go anywhere else with it), but implementing reagents would be a bit complicated.

I didn't even think about doing that with the fire sword, ty 4 tip. I remember how much I hated reagents at the time, and is prob not possible, but it would be kinda cool if somehow alchemy ingred. could be used instead of mana to cast spells. Or maybe a ring shaped container that only holds keys, dunno.

Just updated the mod. The spiked shields should be all good now, plus there's a new little goody, which is mentioned in the changelog. ;)

The spiked sheild issue is 'cause I had neglected to pack their meshes. Silly me. I'll get that fixed. As for the fire sword, it might have to do with how the light works. I'd suggest re-equipping the fire sword, then sheathing it, before switching to the bow. The light is handled by a script on the sword, so straight-switching weapons likely resulted in the script not firing properly.

I saw this mod a long time ago and was like "OMG, I love it." I didn't sub because I was having pc issues at the time, then later forgot, duh-me. I got it now and love it, U-7 S.I. is in top 5 all time freaking love game list, just under Phantasy Star 4. One problem I am having is the spiked shield is invisible<?> character stance as if shield is equipped, but bare arm. It is there, I can block and bash, looks kinda funny. Anothere issue, more serious to me, but not a huge deal, I equipped the fire sword, then switched a normal bow and the light was still there as long as the bow was unsheathed. Very bright and makes stealth pretty much impossible. Not sure if you still do Skyrim mods, but if you could check those, that would be awesome. Thank you very much for the mod, brings back fond memories.

Ok, I just updated the mod. The mesh was fine, but the texture for the sword wasn't, so I got the proper texture in. Hopefully that'll sort the issue out.

No, and I'm pretty sure I fixed that; it may be you don't have the most recent version. What's supposed to happen is that the model changes when you swing it.

No new weapons (yet), but I reworked Enilno's pommel and redid Flamesting's textures, both which can be seen in the new first three screenshots.
