@Decenteye, thanks for visiting us at the Gamescom - it was cool to watch you playing TRI! ;-)

@happyW12, yes, there will be Steam achievements!
happyW12 Sep 12 @ 9:47am
Will this game have Steam achievements? Because then it will be perfect!
Decenteye Aug 20 @ 12:09pm
I also played it at the gamescom. I needed 45 minutes to get through the level, just because I wanted to see every Corner of the level. It looks great and the mechanics are easy to understand even if you don't play the tutorial (not like me, who didn't even know that there was a tutorial). After I passed the level, I got a realy cool Tri-Badge. I recommend this game to everyone. I will definitely buy it.

Danke nochmal für den coolen Anstecker. Für mich das absolut geilste Souvenir. :D

@Black, we had to prepare a lot for the Gamescom, so right now the planned release is September 2014! Stay tuned! :-)

I voted for this game because of Harv!

Heya @DangerGerbil, thanks for the review! Awesome!

Regarding the two minus points:
1) Voice overs are planned, but will done only when we finished creating the story and writing the texts (so we don't have to pay for the voice overs twice ;).
2) The lost momentum you describe when running and then jumping is actually not a bug, but by design. Running was implemented late in the process, and if the player were able to jump even farther we would have to change a lot of levels. Also, it would make the triangles obsolete in some parts. Hopefully that explains it!

Great 3d Platform puzzler with great characterisation and level design.
+ Expansive Levels
+ Hidden Secrets
+ Great Soundtrack
+ Simple but stylish graphics
+ Unique triangle mechanic
- No voiceovers
- Running Jump Bug (You lose all momentum when you jump when running)

From what I see here and on the HOCGaming lets play, a unique look and a novel idea for movement allow for a spectacular array of puzzles. The First Person Puzzler is always plagued by difficult navigation, but the simple interface of the Lets Plays I've seen from HOCGaming looked easy to manage and shockingly intuitive to follow (and likely navigate).

The puzzle sizes were a bit intimidating, but I feel that would simply give a great length and reward players for observation and careful exploration.

This seems as it would scratch that same spot portal did. Super excited.

happyW12 Feb 2 @ 5:36am
@NoMutantAllowed: yes, cuz TRI has portals, cutting-edge technologie and a sociopathic artificial intelligence that wants you dead (he said sarcasticly)
NoMutantAllowed Feb 1 @ 6:12pm
Very portal. So, no.
LumberJake Jan 29 @ 9:04pm
I retract my previous statement. I just saw the trailer where you make triangles and the title suddenly makes sense.
LumberJake Jan 29 @ 9:01pm
This looks fantastic! Please try harder on the title though...
Emokid Jan 23 @ 7:57am
It looks very cool and it seems to have a very interesting gameplay. I would buy it.
Connor Arbiter Jan 21 @ 2:32pm
As someone obsessed with Kairo, this looks like an amazing next step to leap into! Very excited!

I also agree with Fexus, the music is cool and good so please do not take this as an insult Ludwig, but this music (at least in the trailers) is too flat for this game and I hope it is not in-game music. Locked Door Puzzle, the makers of the game Kairo, changed their soundtrack before release to something much deeper, atmospheric and immersive (a soundtrack via the artist "Wounds") and because of that got very positive reviews, with reviews going so far as saying that Kairo's soundtrack is the most important part of the game. I think the same thing will go here. If you do use this music, please put ambient elements with it so the soundscape feels real. :)
Fexus Jan 20 @ 6:35pm
I'm a fan of the concept and art style, but I can't say I'm interested in the music. Kinda cheesy and uninspiring, judging from the trailers at least.
