Hey Kalaaver, is it possible that you can post these unit mods WITHOUT THEM REPLACING THE ORIGINAL MODELS? Like, make a map with these uniquely made units on it so I can simply download the map in my editor and map copy the units from that map. That would be SO GREAT if you could do that, thanks!
Hey man - I am sure you get these messages all the time. I really like what you are doing - was curious if you would be interested in doing any of the following:

Teutonic Knight on horseback might be out of the question, but a new Teuton Civ only mod to make their Paladins look more like their holy brethen would be soooooooo sick hahah

Hello there [Thee]Kalaaver! :) was wondering if theres any news on those two-hander teutons? or if you've given up on the idea? just curious as im kinda excited about it. also, would you maybe take other similar requests?

Well to my knowledge two-handed swords weren't really that common until the late middle ages. But anyway, historical discussions asside i would LOVE it if you'd make a 2-hander wielding Teutonic Knight for the game. It's not totally out of place accuracy-wise and it would look awesome in my opinion, so please look at it as soon as you can :)
If you could include some at least minor changes to the civ I'd like that as well, but if I am to make 1 thing a priority it would be the two-hander thing. The changes would basically be a new (balanced) civ special to somehow boost their infantry in general (feels wrong to me that they're an "infantry civ" with the strongest infantry in the game yet no infantry abilities at all) and add the ability to make the best rams for Teutons.
I'd imagine this new civ special to boost their infantrys armour since Japs have AS and Vikings have HP, plus it'd go with the "heavy but strong" theme.

@monsterfreak2 Actually that isn't to hard, and it also isn't inacurate. Teutonic Knights acually used Sword & Shield and Two-Handed Swords, and another good majoirty where mounted. So i could see, i am very busy but i'll look into it :)

Well, i simply want Teutonic Knights to be equipped with two-handed swords. Would that be possible? I don't know much about this stuff, but couldn't you somehow use the sword and animations of a champion or two-handed swordsman?

Yes, i know its not historically accurate, i just think it looks almost silly that the most powerful infantry in the game stabs people with what nearly looks like a knife.

I would be very, very grateful if you or someone you know would do this for me, i've wanted it for a long time.

I can think of a bunch of other small visual changes I also think would look great in my own opinion if you're up for it, but this change to the Teutonic Knights is something I'd really love to have.

Hello there [Thee]Kalaaver! You seem to be really great at this and have good experience. Would you maybe be willing to take a request? I was directed to you by Ozhara and Draco. What I'm asking for shouldn't be too complicated or time consuming for you judging by all your other mods, but it's something i really, strongly want. Could you please help me out?

@q_phazer There are cataphracts in the last image. The heavy archers are the last two rows.

From the images they don't look very exciting, but i reccommend this- its a little touch that is definetly worth clicking subscribe..
Particularly for Mongol players!

I'm not sure i prefer this one. The old one was feeling "heavy" with armour supposed to be under the cloth (witch was moving with the horse gesture). This one lacks a bit of elegance. It would have been better with pieces of ceremonial "cloth" (i dont know the word for horse equipments).
Kalaaver  [author] Sep 13, 2013 @ 11:44am
@1MyTh It adds armor to the front.
DerEider Sep 12, 2013 @ 12:38am
"Cavalry" please

I don't see any difference worth mentioning. Please, make a side-by-side old/new comparison pictures with your next "reskins". thanks :)
