Kengrogan1, I'm not sure why some people have crashes and others do not. Best guess is maybe load order with other mods. I'm glad you like it.

Yes, I ended up using this house anyway as I like the location a lot. I kept the little shack I had first, that really cute beginner shack by Elianora for smithing. Did you know that the two display cases for daggers don't activate? It's not a big issues, but I've collected all the items from the missing college apprentices and it'd be nice to display the daggers. I think I can put them in manually. Thanks for this mod.

No problem, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I saw that new house. Looks great, but in this current build I'm not running Hearthfire or Dawnguard, so I didn't install it. I wanted a playthrough where vampires weren't running around killing everyone, and I didn't want Jarls sending me letters either.

no, there are not. this was purely mage. i just posted another one with all crafting. overseer house quest. check it out if you get a chancw.

Just to be sure I'm not missing something, there are no smithing oriented crafting stations in this mod, like there are in Dream of Moon, right?

Did you try with a clean save? If you have other mods, you might try changing load order. Make sure the bsa downloaded. There really isn't much else. This is a fairly vanilla mod with a few custom meshes in the bsa. It was cleaned with TES5Edit.

This is one of the best player homes I've ever tried. It's a Goldilock House - not too big or small but just about perfect with just the right amount of goodies. Thanks for the rare spell tomes, the mage staffs and the lovely basement garden with extras. My followers also like it although they bemoan having to take turns at sleeping :) Perfectly placed as well. Well Done!

Cool. (Superman fan) That's giving me a lot of ideas. I will use some Hearthfire things because it makes for a great kitchen and I think I have the perfect location with lots of space. I will make it immediately available so he can use it right away. Thank you for asking about this. I'm kind of between projects so this fits perfectly.

Actually it's going to be a few days before he gets the game, but we're planning basegame and hearthfires for him, because it's the nicest upgrade and also has the sweets and baking :-) His player name of choice is always Myxtlplyx so that's a pretty safe bet for this one too :-)

Oh my gosh, that's so sweet of you! Dad likes the green places, like around the big lakes. Near Anise's cabin at the riverwood lake is always a lovely spot :-) As for details, really the chalet is perfect, anything like that with really bright color is great, lots of blue and green, maybe a fireplace in it :-). As soon as he found out he could make poisons he was like, thats it Im getting skyrim! :-P So maybe a garden outside, that's focused on things like deathbell and nightshade and mushrooms and stuff? The only real request I would say is, a couple healthy patches of the Amanita's would bring him much delight :-)

That is so sweet. Where would he like to live? What type of home would he like as far as architecture? Any special features? I would love to build a home for him.

This is a gorgeous charmig wonderfully furnished little player home, I totally love the design and layout and features of it.
I wanted to ask, do you think you could add a second copy somewhere in one of the warmer regions of skyrim please? I'm getting my elderly father into playing and this little home is so perfect for him especially with his interest in the alchemy and magic, but he really loves the warm and colorful regions of Skyrim. :-)

You shouldn't have to look for it. It has a fast travel marker that is immediately available. if there is no marker, make sure it is listed in your data files and checked to run.

Bandit, Have you gone through the immediate things? Clean save, load order, etc.? A few people have reported crashes, and I have no idea why. This is very vanilla and everything custom is contained in the mod and bsa. It was cleaned with TES5Edit. I would love to be able to know why it crashes with some and not others and post it. If you are able to identify anything, please let me know.

i unsubscribed to some mods and got Skyrim to work again..I'll try your mod again..

I did a couple of things. One I moved the navmesh farther from the doorframe. If that doesn't fix it, we may need to get one of the modding experts to see if they find the issue.

The other thing I did was for KittiKitti4. I removed the large mound of hay and put small scatters of hay in the stable. This I hope will help Frost go in the shed. I hope his hoofs are warm enough.

ty..but still nothing...rt now pc is not loading Skyrim.I think I subscribed to a boo boo mod.now I have to find that mod.

Might be something with navmeshes. Let me check those.
