I am under the impression this is for halloween and it is a very good item indeed but I am concerned this will become like The Unkown Monkeynaut were it is a Halloween Restriction. Do you know if you get to choose if they do or not?

Yeah that was a design choice, I couldn't get the hole to look good at all so I ended up dropping it in favor of the clean, meaty effigy look
