The soldier is not a viking... Samur-eye.. demoman is scottish... magnificent mongolian... heavy is russian... These are a few examples, what about the desert marauder, hetmans headpiece, little buddy, or batters helmet? The cosmetics were made to give more life to the mercs, if they were based on their backgrounds, pyro would have next to nothing and the rest would not have any diversity. Its the diversity that makes tf2 awesome
