too dark. cannon takes too long to load. navigating is a nightmare.

Tedious in a compelling sort of way, but fun IF you get ALL the turrets!

Wow, the cannon was AWESOME! Just when I thought something new couldn't be made, you get me mistaken. But that's ok, cause I get to have MOAR FUN! :D

Unknown to me, one was hiding in the shadows. A previous turret which I had knocked off its mighty throne barely stood on one leg, thereby remaining active, but laser pointed to the wall it was leaning on. I heard its evil chants but could find no laser to guide me to its location. Next thing I know it starts shooting at me and I thought I was done for. But alas the mighty turret tipped over with the weight of its own recoil and met its own demise. I walk to the exit, barely holding on to my life, thinking how lucky I was. I shot the cannon in rejoice as I approached the gateway to glory. As I entered the lift I regret my rejoiceful self as I lose my cannon in the bowels of the lift never to be seen again (dropped the cannon on the side of the lift and it went below). What shalleth I do now for the next battle?

This is on pge 27 of the most top rated maps of all time wohoo thanks guys

I took out every turret it took me about 15 mins.

@bvsmith i think that its not an item that was normally in game and he just didnt add it to the list of Aperture"s list of things NOT allowed through the fizzler ive had this happen with alot of other items that people mad e for test chambers

Okay, first things first: Thanks for using my Sphere Cannon in your map.
I have read through all the comments and got all the feedback about my cannon. =)

The cannon was created with Hammer Editor only and I cant change the collision of
the sphere itself, because its a normal sphere, just with some blue paint.

I also know about the "shoot around corners" problem, but this cant be fixed because
I am using the standard game logic entities. No skripting involved in my canon.

I am not a big fan of these dark maps and there was no real puzzle at all.
But it is of course one possible use of my sphere cannon and this map got so much
subscribers, that I had to give it a thumbs up, just for sharing my cannon.

A fun map, but the cannon had a 2 noticible quirks. I also have a suggestion but lets talk about the quirks first.

1) It's spheres had a huge hit box, so hitting around corners were hard.
2) If you let go of it because the cannon stretched around a corner, it would slingshot out of your reach.

On to my suggestion. Making it possible to charge shots to make the spheres have more range and knockback would make the cannon great.

Overall, the cannon was amazing and I'd love to see it in more maps! A thumbs up!

First: Well done programmed! Cannon: A little bit too long reloading time; turrets can not be shot easily cause the edges. Perhaps this ball gun is best used for basket ball. thanks. --^
