Yessir, I keep the remodel archives in the file they are in or keep them in the main one? Because I've kept them where they were originally

well it works for me. So just to double check, you put them in steamapps > common > Team Fortress 2 > tf > custom, right?

It doesn't really work, even if I put them in the 'custom' folder. I keep the archives that reskin certain items (I left Bonedolier and little more) but it dosen't reskin the item.

Well I don't want it to detract from the soldier as a whole. It is meant to be more flush with the soldier, as it might mess up readability if I go too far with it.

Well, considering I have an army issue M1969 flak vest sitting next to me, I don't think this model is quite finished. It just doesn't look quite right to me. Its too flush with his regular coat to be noticeable.

well I had to keep some of the model very similar to the soldier's model or else there would be clipping. The soldier's model is pretty uneven, but if you are talking about the texture than I can definitely see what you mean.

So what does that mean? You modeled this off the soldier's geometry. Not trying to sound rude here, but I'm curious.
