I have a problem I downloaded the mod and then uninstalled it. some of the guards dont have helms, that seems exceptable but some of them are half naked!! fix pls

you need to make the new armors craftable i like the heavy armor but i have to kill a guard to get it and thats just not fair

I was looking for a mod that made guards more unique per hold instead of having them all wear those ugly fur gloves and boots. I was thinking how Markarth guards could have a chance of spawning with dwarven weapons and pieces of armor, Windhelm with ancient nord, Riften with orc, Solitude with elven/glass and Whiterun with scaled and steel plate. The minor holds could just use steel.
But this mod will do :)

Could you make the guards wear just steel armour instead of editing it. I want them to look more medieval.

Sorry, I have a problem with this mod. I installed it and now my guards haven't got boots and waer gloves. And no more сhanges.

I love your mod, although I've come across a problem. Only some of the added features work, I get the heavy armor, but not the scarves and other flexibility. This may be a problem with compatibility. I also use "GDSDO- Guard and Soldier Diversity Overhaul". I seem to only get some of their features as well. But both mods are very rare, and ive tried to start a new game... it doesnt work either. Please check to see if it is compatable. Thanks.

to those that have the old guards, this mod does not alter current guards that have spawned but only new guards (such as in a new game) or those resurrected

This is exactly what the game needs in terms of basic variations that better set the cities apart.

Is there any chance to make the different guard armours improvable at workbenches? I like wearing them but they fall behind in terms of stats very quickly.

Finally, someone adds sleeves (and very good ones at that) to armor! Very good mesh with minimal clipping. I have seen a few on Nexus but IMO they are poorly done. I would love seeing these on steel and iron armor. I'm a hopeless roleplayer / realist. T.T

i like the mod, but the scarves are just too long on the northern guards or Winterhold and Dawnstar...it's like a cape...and i hate how it makes the imperial soldiers dual wield their dagger and imperial sword...so i will stay subscribed but i will not be using this...

this mod is great i really love it
but may i suggest that you add things like ranks to guards eg elite guard in the jarls house or a battlemage/mage like guard

What a huge improvement! I never realized how much I missed seeing the guard's faces from Oblivion (well, not the actual faces, per se, but the different faces). Great detail-oriented mod, really makes time spent in the cities and towns far more interesting.

It's a realy beautiful mod, but it's too bad that some guards only have a iron dagger ans that it conflict with scarfs ans cloaks mods. Nice job anyway.

"Steam Error 2" seems to be come on alot more workshop download recently it when it apper try unsupsribe the mod and the resupscripe that help for me the last time :)

Either it is a slow download rate from the server which in my case where 20kb it said or it is a "time out connection" due to too many users I am not sure which

still getting the error ? for me I had too many mods when it happen after deleteing 2 I think the error stop.

another problem for me "Steam Error 16" was the fist weapon mod which have ben deleted by the own I think after deleteing that one it the error stoped

This mod does not add any new guards, it modifies their outfits to randomly select sets among a list for each hold - many will still appear like vanilla guards.

@Street Assassin this does not edit any stormcloak soldiers or imperial soldiers, but will conflict with any changes to guard outfits

@Zach DANIELS guards that have already spawned will not have the new outfits; you can either: start a new game, wait 30 days somewhere inside so they reload, or use the console and resurrect each guard

Seriously any reason or can someone tell me why this mod doesn't work. I even too off that russian open faced helmet mod and it still doesnt work. All I have left is the Guard Dialog Overhaul mod and still all I have to the clons of guards not the ones shown here.
